@rodjilius They do. In other episodes, it's something like Ching Shian and now it's Ching Shi Hung. I think the writers told James Sie (Jackie Chan & Shendu) and Julian Sands (Valmont) two different things.

@MizuPhoenix In the previous episode shendu said "the tiger talisman is the glue that binds the conflicting powers of the other 11 talismans" so I'm guessing that if he doesn't have the tiger the he could only use one talisman at a time

It seems more like it is what keeps them in alignment. The Tiger may be what keeps the Talismans within him. In effect it could literally mean that for him, the balance is the Talismans and the body. The Tiger keeps them together.

No. He explained. The tiger talisman is the glue which holds all of the other ones together. You see some talismans are for beneficial purposes, while others are for destructive purposes.

But maybe 'cause he's a demon, the talisman does not work the same way as it does with Jackie or any other human.

@Machdude That would be pretty cool. There was an episode where Shendu says something like, "I may be a noble dragon, but I am also a demon sorcerer." It's possible that Shendu's a dragon who learned magic, because when we see other dragons in this episode they look like wild animals and cannot speak, while Shendu looks more humanoid and is more intelligent.

Yeah, this and the preceding episode with the Tiger talisman are the best.

The way the whole season was building up for this final fight with Shendu was awesome.

The Season 2 finale was great too, but because it had all of those filler episodes it lost some of the suspense that the first season had.

shendu rocks. sucks that the next season he acted as a bitch for his siblings when hes the strongest out of all 8. and season 4, in one episode i noticed his voice changed. after his son brought him back to life, he sounded more like an old lady

Yeah, in Season 1 Velmont and Shendu were badass. In Season 2 Velmont was a possessed servant and Shendu was like his sibling's slave.

After Season 2 I stopped watching because that's when the quality started to wear off so I can't comment on Season 4

horse could heal stuff like lost limbs(dog was immortal), and i dont think he was immortal, but im sure dragons can live a long time. as for fire, he could only breath it out his mmouth, dragon lets him use his hands too
