  • I've said it before and I'll say it again. The Werewolf look in this is incredible!

  • Gary busy is so ghetto.

  • indeed good special effects

  • what'd you see?...I was lookin at you....HAHA. I've always loved that. One of my favorite movies right here. thanks for uploading!!

  • 4:17 , grandpa, it's you?!!!!!!!

  • 'Evening folks I was just stopping by to talk about the annual food shelf drive and I was wonde...' BLAM!......'well, he was turning into a monster.'

  • lol such a patetic ending

  • He's pretty calm for just having killed a man.

  • 80's movies, best horror films, even Monster Squad

  • @nrabond007 Well ...yeh, but don't forget that every generation has it's moments, like Dog soldiers for instance :) no CG bitches!

  • "What happens if I say no?"

"Then I'm going to kick your ass"

    LOL.

  • WOW the 80s Special effects for the werewolves are actually better than the ones in 2011 :O wtf?

  • @fantasyfan12341234 aint that the truth

  • Thank you. I can't believe I never saw this! I am entirely a product of the 80s. Thanks for posting!

  • dude if he had a twelve gauge and he shot him in the face hed blow the damn wolfs head off

  • When a person gets scratched or bitten by a werewolf they turn into one.

When a werewolf gets scratched or bitten by Gary Busey does it turn into a Busey?

  • @ 2:27

I love how uncle Red aims the gun at the werewolf when it isn't even loaded lol

  • U mean THE BEARWOLF.

  • This was the very best part of the movie!

  • aw, cute ending

  • Everett Mcgill is so HOT in this!

  • Busey kicked ass in this role.

  • @telecaster1963 Yes, one of his best, ... in fact I think the whole cast was excellent. Great script by Stephen King.

  • Thanks for uploading. Saw part of this on TV many years ago.

  • Good times when werewolf and vampires were terrible and really bad !!!

  • @ChakitaBanana90 Because Hollywood is messed up! Lack of imagination! I love SILVER BULLET!!! As far as the WEREWOLF itself goes, this one & the transformation of AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON are the best werewolves ever!! Now its all CGI! Terrible!

  • @PrincessOfMasada

its BAD cg lol. ive seen some nice 3d models and with current rendering technologies it would be easier to create an atonomicly correct creature. (suits look too humanish in most cases)

But I do agree for the most part :)

  • gary busey should have given that werewolf a blast of his 12 day old drunken scotch breath. that would have knocked him on his werewolf butt better than any silver bullet

  • Why can't they still make good movies like this T_T

  • lol theres 263 likes and 3 dislikes hahaha not very much people disliked this movie

  • 00:25 LOLOLOL uncle's red screaming

  • Best Busey movie. Maybe best supporting actor. When he says "shit". It's real.

  • That's not a werewolf, that's just Smokey the Bear on meth.

  • @mst3KGf arrgh yes i saw you throw that cigarette in the woods! arrgh! *attacking uncle red* ...and YOUU *choking daughter* u didnt do anything to stop it!! and--*gets shot in the eye* ARRGH lol

  • @chidoriookami lol that would be awesome if the werewolf actually said that, that would be hilarious.

  • Bloody hell! Great shot! LOL I love this movie...too bad they don't make movies like this anymore. Now all you get is a shitload of CGI, little or no plot and shitty actors who look like model wanna-bes. Oh, and tons of remakes that are piss.

  • U can like never see the werewolf :P

  • The bridge scene use to scare the shit out of me

  • Comment removed

  • god just think what if marty missed

  • Gary Busy was great in this film!

  • uncle reds the best uncle ever & i dont know of anyone who would fight a werewolf like that

  • @TheGLOCK40cal besides Spoon in "Dog Soldiers"? ;o

  • Marty's a helluva shot...got 'em both the eyes!

  • "cross between German Shepard and a bear" Never noticed before...LOL!

  • cute looking wolf

  • awwww,at the end, they must hated each other guts or something, some brothers and sisters are like that, but the funny part was her screaming like that lol it was so funny, they good actors lol

  • its funny, i first watched this when i was a kid and these 8 minutes gave me nightmares for years

  • Uncle Red, my Favourite Character in The Movie and Oh Marty is soooooo Cute!!!!

  • Hahaha the old dude was like: Bah... this is bullshit and childish and... WOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!

  • Classic movie. Thnx for taking the time to upload and share this with us.

  • Marty raped that bastard.

  • @DaReggaeMAN77 It takes Silver to kill a werewolf not a 12 gauge...

  • After this movie, I wanted Gary Busey as an uncle.

  • Great movie!

  • its not a werewolf but a big bear.

  • Gary Busey ROCKED this movie!!!!!!!!

  • the reverend was goin thru spice withdrawal which explains y he got shot , u see he lost his ability to summon sandworms and was exiled to some planet called earth , unfortunately he tried to fit in with society there but there was no way he could survive w/out spice so he went on a rampage . who knows , maybe he was hoping to change earth into somethin similar to his home planet

  • You'll believe a man can Fly!!

  • Brilliant!! Thanks for a uploading a classic werewolf film!!

  • 80s slow motion is hilarious.

  • That scene wouldn't have been anywhere near as good in CGI.

  • Busey did all his own stunts in this movie, and was also nominated for an Oscar, narrowly beaten Driving Miss Daisy.

  • Thanks a lot for this! I have been looking for this movie a very long time.I enjoyed it a lot!

  • what kind of revolver is that

  • @dudethisismyemail it's wrong for the time frame of the film, it looks to be a model 629 smith&wesson (Or a Nickel plated model 29 smith&Wesson).

Also I would like to add....NEVER FUCK WITH BUSEY he just crazy enough to go hand to hand with a werewolf...and give a good account of himself.

  • he died at 3:28

  • question why did uncle red try to shoot the werewolf if he took out the bullet????

  • that last part made me make lemonade in my pants D;

  • anybody love that sound of the werewolf going back to human form

  • Don't think the werewolf would have flung Rhett around and advanced on the younger persons so slowly had he known the gun had a SILVER BULLET!

  • "They always come back...for one last scream."

  • The end use to terrify me when i was younger..when he comes back to life to give one last scare before he dies..it dont even phase me now :(

  • @finalman25 My parents would poke me and my sister when he would leap up and scare the shit out of us.

  • @david052856 lol

  • This is the first time I actually want the werewolf to die maybe it's because he's a priest.

  • @PyroManiacMoments and maybe you can go die, too.

  • This is my Favorite Movie from Stephen King!

  • @crisbearsfan mines either IT or the storm of the century..long onesss

  • Thanks!

  • if this didn't make the lad walk, i dont know what will. cause if i experienced this, i d get able to run as fast as hell on my hands upside down backside forwards ...

well, and finally, how did they explain the feds why and how they got the reverend naked and murdered in their house with the uncle's fingerprints on the gun.

  • 3:30 damn not my other eye!!

  • not a bad film it was ok....if your looking for good films sub me and add me as a mate i have loads of films some in parts some in full length.....if i dont have what your looking for do tell me and i will try and find it

  • thumbs up if you argee

cheers for uncle Red for taking on a werewolf in hand-to-hand combat!

  • @markaaron89

of course he would feel like a horse's ass, after he took the damn bullet out of the gun and almost lost it. I'm sorry, but Marty and Jane had more sense than Red.

  • was that a ruger service six revolver?? :D anyone that knows tell me pleaaase

  • I have to say, the visual effects of the movie are very believable, and stand the test of time, even by today's stardards.

  • Anyone who's seen "The People Under The Stairs" knew who the werewolf was right from the beginning ;)

  • Haven't seen this movie in 25 years.....thanks for the upload dude. Saw this in the theatre when I was 14 with my brother.

  • Anybody else feel kind of sad at the end of this movie?

    Can't really say why...........???

  • @Purplecatsoup30 maybe cause corey haim is dead & when he was alive we all never said we love you corey but we say it now "we love & miss you corey" R.I.P.

  • @Purplecatsoup30 may be because poor werewolf was dead, perhaps? lol

  • @seremseg would be awesome if the director had made an alternate ending: werewolf kills and eats uncle Red and the kids, then mysteriously gets his eye back! Yay! Then he can go on terrorizing Tarker's Mills forever!!!

  • @Purplecatsoup30 Yaaay! 8D

  • Lesson Learned:: Monsters Bring people together..

  • @Babygurl20336 yeah lol the ending had a sweet sense to it in the end xD like, a cherry ontop a swirl of rancid whipped cream ;o and the 80s music def made this feel so...idk, at ease. XD

  • and that is why you should play with guns

  • The best movie from Stephen King!!!!!!!Excellent storyline and cast....RIP Corey Haim,You left us all much too soon......Thanks for posting this awesome movie :-)

  • This is the only film ive seen Gary Busey survive in,and he had a fist fight with a Werewolf too!

  • Why does the werewolf sound like godzilla

  • what song is that at the end

  • @MrAllenleydic it says in the credits lol

  • .....................................gay.

  • fabulous film. what a great send off to Haim. RIP Corey! <3

  • Oh, this was fantastic. i loved seeing this movie, besides the fact that its such a classic, but because it was filmed right in my hometown. the courthouse, the pharmacy, the dirt road...oh, so brilliant. <3

Thank you for uploading this film.

  • Heads up to all twilight fans......this is what a REAL werewolf movie looks like

  • 1:43 - :45 Like the power cut from Aliens. 3:15 - :30 Jules from Pulp Fiction calls that Devine Intervention (Miracle).

  • WHY DOES HE KEEP SHOOTIN HIM IN THE EYE????

  • @luqidfiedopness In case he's afriad of the dark.

  • 1:57 - :59 Brendan Fraser's Mummy line.

  • @luqidfiedopness knowing King, it prolly had some meaning to it. Maybe...insinuating that the people of the town were being led by a blind pastor(biblical) like the pharisees were leading the jews blind. Who knows lol

  • Where's Chuck Norris when you need him?? lol

  • R.I.P were wolf

  • damm uncle red was shaking at2;10 he was scared

  • just found out Corey Haim, the actor playing Marty, had passed away last year. R.I.P.

  • a great thrill ride with a nice, heart-warming ending. Megan Follows was pretty good in this :)

  • A reverend werewolf hellbent on revenge!! Loved it, adding it to my favorites- over 35 full length horror movies if you'd like another scare. Thumbs up for posting!!

  • 1:33 "I'm beginning to feel like a horses ass." best line in the movie

  • MAD MOVIE

  • WEolf looks like a cross between a German Shepard and a bear!

  • wat a movie if only they had a second one maybe it would be awsome like this one :)

  • For anyone who actually looks deep into the meaning of the stories, do you think that the V.O. of older Jane saying "I love you too, Marty. Good night." means that Marty has died by the time Jane is telling the story (recapping the events for us through movie?)

  • OMG that guy in the werewolf suit is hilarious. Thumbs UP respectively!

  • 4:48 I'd cry too, if I were just as scared of a half dead guy reaching out for me.

  • What did they do with the Revren's body???

  • Uncle Red watches too much WWE. He should know that a chair shot like the one at 2:51 won't hurt anyone, let alone a werewolf

  • he knows what he does

    he knows what he does

but this werewolf knows what he does

  • i wasnt always able to say that (i love you)

but i can say it now

i love you marty good night.

    Corey Ian Haim 1971-2010

  • Great fuckin movie!!!!! Thanks for the upload!

  • that...was a good movie.

  • The crippled kid has a fucking aimbot I swear.

  • He sticks his head out the window that was stupid,he has one bullet in the gun and takes it out that was stupid but i do like and have this movie.

  • smart idea no bullit in the gun !!

  • Thanks for the upload. Many familiar faces.Rarely Mr. Kings work is so succesfully translated to the screen.

  • i watched this yesterday and there are a couple of moments where I shocked.

    i'm 12 years old.

  • "I feel like a horses ass!" (power goes off) "well....it could just be a fuse..." (THUMP!)

    "SHIT!"

  • @ETThExtraTerrestrial Well I haven't seen it on tv for years. I mean they have Stephen King night marathons and they always play the same movies and they never show anything good anymore. then they remake all the good movies and turn them into crap and wonder why kids these days don't have any respect for the old school horror films. Heck I'm only 18 but to me the best horror movies are the old school ones. I don't even think anyone my age knows about this movie. its a shame.

  • @EiriYukisLover its on Tv tonight :)

  • @Imaculata: You're right about the bullet, tankgurl's comment is pretty out of place. But what do you mean, it looked good for the time? It probably looked better than it would today. Today we'd get some cheap-looking CGI crap.

Btw, I think the way Terry O'Quinn dies is a nod to the first Stepfather movie, where he kills the psychologist pretty much the same way.

  • i was waiting the whole movie for gary busey to just turn around and say " ITS A FUCKING ALIEN "

  • Lol this movie used to giv me nightmares for months. Now it makes me laugh. It's still a good movie though ^^ I wish they would show it on tv like they used to.

  • @EiriYukisLover---Are you telling me they don't show this anymore ?! I haven't had cable since the Dark Ages. The 2 staples of holiday used to be Halloween=Silverbullet / Christmas=A Christmas Story. Ron Paul

  • i smell like a werewolf

  • Looks to me like they got inspired to make this flick after watching Mj's Thriller video. Very similar special effects.

  • GREAT MOVIE!!! JUST AH-MAZING!

  • One werewolf disliked this

  • 3:30 AAH NOT MY GOOD EYE!!

  • damn this kid can aim, two times in the eyes

  • that is soo sweet at the end normaly king stephen makes the ending sad but in this one it is ent sad ending

  • Looks more like a warebear.

  • that werewolf was lame

  • That's a lame ass werewolf in this movie.

  • I realized most horror movies always end quickly when the demon/creature is dead, the director does not explain alot about what happened with the characters afterwards.

  • after that uncle red went missing two years later he sent me and marty a letter

he has 4 children and is married to a mexican house keep names consuella lopez

  • 60 men with loaded guns in the woods can't fight off the werewolf but 2 kids and an alcoholic can until the disabled kid fires ONE shot and kills it. Yay Hollywood.

  • Comment removed

  • @tankgurl79 no not just two kids and a alcoholic.........two kids and gary busey

  • @tankgurl79 Of course, you need a silver bullet to kill a werewolf. Everyone knows that. It's pretty simular to the plot of Jaws, where at first everyone also forms a lynchmob to kill the beast, only to get them selves killed. Classic horror movie stuff. I think the werewolf looked okay for the time. And the suspense is pretty good.

  • @tankgurl79 Have you watched the gable film? It's like Mike Agrusa's re-imaging of Cycle of the Werewolf! (the Stephen King novel on which this movie is based)

  • @tankgurl79

what is the sense of guns if you dont use them like those idiots :P

  • @tankgurl79

    it's a movie dude, just a movie.

  • @tankgurl79 it's a fight between good and evil that's why it's the boy who can't walk who kill the werewolf because he is elected he has God with him like arthur or mythologian heroes (the silver bullet had been made with religious jewels)

  • @tankgurl79

    1. The "60 men" didn't have silver bullets, so they were fucked from the get go

    2. The hunters decided to hunt the werewolf when it was foggy, which did nothing to help them

    3. They didn't fire a single bullet at the beast, instead opting to beat it with a baseball bat, which worked about as well as you would think it would

    4. Marty shot the creature in the eye, which is almost always a instant kill, because the bullet usually goes through the eye and into the brain.

  • @spidey1221 1. sure. 2. ok. 3. I think It was the beast beating one of the hunters with the "peace keeper" bat / club. 4. he shot him twice...once with the rocket (maybe it didn't go that deep) when he was a weirwolf (thats why he didn't die) .... the second with the bullit, and he DID die. (maybe even as you said)

  • @solidchef

The werewolf does attack one of the hunters (and a cop later in the film) with the bat. However one of the hunters had it during the hunt, and it was snatched from him by the beast after he attacked it with the bat. On the rocket vs bullet topic, I guess the rocket didn't have enough force to pierce through the eye and go into the brain, instead embedding itself into the creature's eye.

  • @tankgurl79, whats the title of the move? everyone knows it takes a SILVER bullet...

  • @tankgurl79 First of all your being a hater, second of all, those 60 men were walking in a dense fog and the werewolf was beneath it. They could not see him. The 2 kids and alco killed the werewolf at almost point blank in open room with it standing and looking right at him. But it is still Hollywood
