Lawyers are first and foremost "officers of the court" as "member of the bar". They are not actually working normal meaning of your best interests.

The beauty of that is,they must abide by those constraints but YOU dont. That is why lawyers appear threatened by your questions. Process and procedures are the biggest stumbling blocks in order to access the power of an individual vs officer of the court.

beside the rest of all this according to the law way back to the constitution, you were kidnapped or falsely arrested if you went direct to jail. Magna Carta etc demands you FIRST go to a judge to authorize your trip to jail. this law is violated/ignored in 98% of all counties in the US. I had a court case this past year and i had to show in court 4-5 times before they sent a trial then the prosecutors finally dropped the bull crap charge.. anyway i was listening to the amount of money the court collects in fines during these days and i estimate each day IT WAS 20,000-35,000 an hour.... times6- 7 hours and this is in a smaller area in florida. Read a ROPA document so you know what it entails.See the RBM Yahoo group files section and look for ROPA folder. Proof of service is important. Mail it registered return receipt requested so you have the receiving party's signature/green card as proof they received it.

File into your case copies of proof of service you sent to all the actors involved in your case.
