No. the premise is she was infected by a computer virus and her master was uninstalling her as a result because he could do nothing the rid her of the infection. parts of the song shows she is losing her singing ability, ability to speak and her memories and feelings. when her voice is disabled by the virus periodically she resorts to sign language to continue her final thoughts. in the concerts the computer crashes before the uninstall can be finalized.

Nope. I am in a lvl 3 class, and i think they used Japanese Sign Language because the signs for "sing" and "thank you" and "good bye" were not in there.

I believe it happened when they have to delete her because she has a virus. And she's singing all of her memories before she gets deleted. That's why she singing fast. The only part I understood was at the very end. she said "Thank you, and... Good bye."
