Can anyone tell me the difference between DITT DINE DEG DU OR MEG MITT I cant quite understand when you use them as I think they all mean the same thing... Or does it depend if something belongs to you or something
thanks karina , , jag elsker your videos ..... i will tell our teachers about your helpful videos ...why do not you teach us at folkeuniversitetet? ....kidding:) ,,,
thank you very much for your videos! As I'm very much interested in foreign languages, I'm fond of your videos! It's funny when you said the sentence "du er kjekk", the "kjekk" sounds exactly as "gek" in Dutch and which means "crazy" :-p
mejor no hables español, no te queda, hablar español es solo para personas amigables y cálidas y tu eres fría y nada amigable, no suena bien el espoañol en tu boca, ¡¡¡¡¡última vez que hablas en español!!! ¿Entendistes?
Will you marry me? I also have 2 piercings, I've hosted a norwegian in my home for 2 months called Tore from Tromdhein and... that's pretty much it :( but I like you...
I have an interest in the northern languages because I am Texan and nativley I speak English, which is kin to Deutsch and Norsk. Vikings and gaulles from Germanic speaking lands planted the seeds of our English language, so why not?
I think its more or less of an American of Germanic descent getting back to his roots.
My surname is Sherling, but originaly was Scherling, my folks dropped the c and Americanized it in the 19th century when they came here.
I hope when I ever use it when I at least move to Norway, that this words really means what you say, and its not joke :D, so I hope that "Du er søt" really means "You are cute" and no something like "You silly cow" :)
And if they werent people would be talking crap in the compliments, cause its not nice teaching people the wrong words, and I hate the people that do that!
You should check out Galstrims videos, he does Norwegian language vids too. But it kinda seems like he could be telling people to say someones mother is a chimpanzee. The guy cracks me up. Anyway, your videos are really helpful, thanks for putting them up.
@DaveCZ85 don`t you worry it really mean`s "you are cute", but if you really wanna get a date so "du er perfekt på alle måter" it mean`s " your perfekt on all way`s"
Your video's are very helpful! I love Norway and I really want to learn the language, but here in Belgium it's very hard to find a good course. So thank you for putting these video's on youtube!
Karin, Good job, again. Jeg har vært gift for tretti år, så skal jeg bruker disse med (eller på) kona mi... :) These are very helpful for those of us trying to learn norwegian. Please keep it up.
Sure, but if you came to my Norwegian-class my teacher would probably throw you out. ;) It is accepted in the eastern part of the country, and maybe many other places too. Though not at my school.
I still think that you bare doing a wonderful job. :)
Well of course, I've lived here for mostly my whole life and that is what I've learnt in school. When someone says something else of course I'm gonna disagree.
@LeahFromNorway Then teach them how to read and write bergensk as well, then. You wont hear me whining about trøndersk beeing more Norwegian than the Oslo dialect. Foreigners should learn the most commonly used dialect in Norway wich happends to be.... you got it, dude...bokmål.
Thank you for making these Norwegian tutorials. Question: If I want to add a Norwegian language setting to my keyboard properties, do you recommend Nynorsk or Bokmal?
Thanks :) Before I was in Oslo, I've learned Norwegian from some audio "tape" (they were mp3 files for real hehe). It was funny because there were exercises in it, the guy said in English that you should construct the given sentence in Norwegian, and almost all of those were somethign like: "Greet the young woman, and tell her that you want to drink a coffee with her at your flat" :) I have no idea what the purpose was of these lessons, maybe everybody want to get a girl in Norway? :D
your videos are the best, im always coming home from school and watching all of them and saying the words after you do : ) lol the most helpful language teacher on youtube haha <3
