@cacman1993 Are you fucking retarded? Motorcycles are far from esier to control. To change the direction the car is traveling you just move the stearing wheel and manipulate the throttle. On a motorcycle it's a dance. You have to change your body postion on the bike constantly, and every change of direction is a fight to over come the centripital force of both wheels and a crank shaft that is spinning away at 20,000rpm. To get the bike to reverse a turn takes all the strength you've got!

Over correct like that on a bike and you go into head wobble and you slap into the stones. about 40 people have died on that section of the course due exactly to that.

Basically any input to the fork can upset the balance and get the bike wobling if the bike isn't very stable. Now, in order to be able to lever one of these machines over at 180mph, you have to intentionally set it up very unstable.

Gotta respect Mark Higgins for this; it may not be as spectacular as the bikes but he had some skills to do it, especially collecting it at the bottom of Bray Hill - reactions to keep a hold of it was super fast.

of course you have to consider the fact that this was a stock subaru, not just any ridiculously expensive sports car.
Wow, this is a mostly STOCK car. The fact he was able to achieve this with only around 250hp at the wheels. And AWD does just about NOTHING for you at such high speeds. When one of you pulls this off, ill shut up. But he's a pro, and struggled to achieve this time with only 2 practice laps, realistically this is VERY impressive. Now Nissan should put a standard spec GT-R on the track to see how it compares, I bet it won't be THAT much faster.

that is incredible. doing what this man does is worth just for the intense feelings alone. I've felt a fraction of what he felt with my '96 subaru impreza on gravel road at a little over 100km/h, but I doubt I'll go anywhere near the skill level of this guy. amazing

II had A,86 SUBERUE IT WAS PEACE OF JUNK it had no power even with a manuel it made it aacross the country and even the 12,000Ft el Love land pass oh did not get a speeding ticket it would not go that fast and had to shift gears on the highway like a big truck leaked oil rare with modern cars andother things forgoten oh, a whoman on drugs rear ended drove away I shed I could thanked her it was consisered tol oh i broke a splisering and h ad tobe double cluthed third I believe

@alejandro103090 The car chosen is probably based on the sponsorship deal and driver available, rally driver would probably do best in a rally like car, but I would realy like to see some monster supercar around the Isle ;]
