If you analyze carefully the Dianetics book, you'll see that all is based on control. Whenever they mention danger or any situation you should be cautious about, there is a tiny bit of control imposing there, and I believe the deeper you get into it, more controled you are. They never defend themselves if criticized but do attack anything convenient

I agree, "psych drug" is a very strong term to attach to Vistaril. However, it is not just an antihistamine. It's also "for symptomatic relief of anxiety and tension" and has been said to "suppress the activity of certain key regions of the subcortical area of the central nervous system".
Smells like psychiatry, if only a little. Although it's also my belief that the drug was used as treatment following a stroke the week of his death, so to derive discredit from it would be underhanded.

Great vid. It was very interesting to see that one camera guy actually having a VERY SMALL convo with Tory there. Also interesting is that he was at least able to keep a smile on his face, as opposed to The Grinch standing behind him, who then later pulled him away and led him back into the 'Church'.
He probably had to go through a whole lot of auditing sessions after that.

First off, I must say, I really would like to say congratulations on leaving Scientology, successfully and, hopefully, safely Tory Magoo.
Personally, I find it more eye opening and more informative when you get past participants to get up the gull and speak out and inform the rest of the general public about this Scientology movement from first hand accounts.
Keep up the good work, this goes for Tory Magoo, Mr. Bunker, Anonymous members and all others involved on the opposing side.

It always gets to me when I see the one man tell Tory, "You're on our property." She's standing there - really communicating - by invitation no less, and this guy tells her to get off the property? The one man even flinched and fled when Tory patted his shoulder. That is some serious kinda sad.

What gives me the creeps is that part of practicing Scientology is revealing your innermost secrets which are cataloged while you're a practicing member and then used against you if you ever leave the religion. It's almost like the organization is run by a clique of snooty high school girls.

She didn't "just walk away" She was chased cross country by Scientologists. When she landed in Tampa, a group of them were waiting to grab her but the police were there and gave her an escort to safety. She lost her husband and all her old friends. There are others with other interests.
Other religions have done horrendous things. Others continue to do terrible things.
I'm not defending any other religion by pointing out that Scientology is not the benign silly Hollywood fad that Cruise and Travolta follow.
I find it interesting. Others may not.

How many other religions charge for salvation? All religions expect donations and many churches are wealthy but you can generally know the mythology or attend services without writing a check. Scientology demands "fixed donations."

How many other religions have their own prison camps? Scientology has the Rehabilitation Project Force (RPF) where Scientologists are sent when they fall out of graces with the church officials. They are forced to do hard labor, fed rice and beans, separated from family and friends and not allowed to speak with anyone until the church deems them "reformed."

Nothing. I offer information for people who are interested in learning more about Scientology. I'm not forcing anyone to believe what they do is as bad as the Crusades, the Inquisition, the Iraq War or Global Thermal Nuclear Annihilation.
I only allow people to find out what Scientology is and does, how they split up families with their disconnection policy and other destructive aspects of the group.

If I was Tory Christman I'd have a hard time not smacking the snear off that cameraman's face. When you're so deep into something like Tory was, involved for 30 years, especially in a "religion" that makes hard attempts at completely cutting you off from anything not Scientologist, then it only makes sense to consider that she made the decision on her own, that reasons and suspicions built up and she realized she needed to leave for herself, with no outside influence. Tory, you"re great!! I left the church in the early 90"s and haven"t looked back since. Life is great and I"m even going back on lines thru Rons orgs next year. If the ch o scn sent more time on helping people than making money for the fat cats in the RTC they would be much better liked by the public they cliam to serve!
