  • Russ Rankin. The finest hair in punk rock.

  • Love these guys. Sucks that I never saw them live.

  • Mistakes... nobody seems to see... NOBODY SEES BUT ME!

  • man i miss real punk 90% of the new so called punk bands are copies of 80's & 90's original stuff

  • @sharpsuddenpain good times for all!!

we saw them at the vets hall many times!

  • chuck is bald

  • Man there bass player was so much thiner back then

  • MANNNN... Russ Is Rank!

  • Cool at 0:36 to 0:54 Good Riddance were at the Fireside!!!!

  • Two steps forward, two steps back! Yep, know how that feels.

  • Fuck Nevada

  • People....This Has NOTHING To Do With Anti-Flag...And Stop With The Whole Punk Thing...Because Truly This Isn't Punk...It's A Great Song Though.

  • What the hell is wrong with being commercial and famous, as long as it's on your premices, and not the company's. I mean, isn't the meaning of punk to get out a message to the world? So saying that they should not shoot for the stars, would just prevent them from expressing their feelings and opinions to entire population of the world. Come on, give me a break....

  • @mfnstudioschannel as long as their not "selling out" their creativity and artistic freedom to the music corporations for the big bucks and fame.

  • @cfc106 Yes, of course :)

  • one step forward, two steps back.

  • despues de 10 años aun se me ponen los pelos de punta al escuchar esta cancion

y otras de la epoca como raizer burn de lagwagon y lori mayers de nofx

  • The album this song is off is probably one of the best punk albums ever. Front to back, this cd has it all!!! I love Good Riddance, def a big influence on me

  • @PmacArpium have you heard 'and out come the wolves' by rancid, thats a pretty awesome album.

  • @myarseisround Ya, I have that album. I used to be really into them, and thats probably my favorite by them. Here's my list of my favourite punk albums:

1 - Propagandhi - How To Clean Everything

2 - Strung Out - Twisted By Design, American Paradox

3 - Lagwagon - Trashed, Hoss, Let's Talk About Feelings

4 - Satanic Surfers - Going Nowhere Fast

5 - Good Riddance - A Comprehensive Guide To Modern Rebellion

    6 - Crotch Rockets - Pleasent Pandimonium

  • @PmacArpium

nofx- white trash two heebs and a bean

    Lagwagon- trashed

    screeching weasel- boogadaboogadaboogada

    best three

  • @myarseisround Lagwagon is like the beatles because it had a trilogy that is amazing

Trashed, hoss, dub plat are just amazing albums.

no use for a name making friends more betterness are also good albums for that time

    along with pulleys albums

good riddance is also amazing the song last believer gives me goosebumps still after hearing it over 100 times

  • @PmacArpium totally agreed. i heard a comprehensive ´guide to moderne rebellion since it was released over and over again, and i'm still not tired of hearing it.

  • @upgurke it is without a doubt their best album. i have it on lp and it pops like shit cos i've played it so much.

  • almightyseancore - very well played haha!!

  • Coole Band, mag deren Stiel! Ist wirklich guter Punk!

  • spacca

  • Man, most real punk bands gave up or sold out... =(

  • Fireside Bowl.

  • man wtf is with punk music lately, like this is awesome and im not sure what year its fro,m but todays punk is jsut horrible or maybe im jsut not lookin good enough iuuno

  • 1993-1999 was the best time in melodic punk. Lawrence arms and smoke or fire are kinda new bands that rock in my opinion.

  • Comment removed

  • @nerfthegop totally agree, love them

  • not positive but i had this vid. on a fat wreckords video called peepshow back in 98' so its at least 11 yrs. old...theyre a good band though and alot of their music is hardcore...you should buy a record...you wont be disappointed

  • What about Rise against, Propagandhi, Anti-Flag?

  • anti-flag has seen there better days

  • rise against, propogandhi and anti-flag pretty much represent why punk is so boring these days: there's no danger, and it's all political. it's like fun isn't allowed anymore.

  • your right mate ! fucking right

  • Well Propagandhi is still a pretty good band.

  • Propagandhi has been a very politically charged band since they started almost 23 years ago. But when looking at bands who have more recently hit the scene with their political message, you have to look at the bigger picture. It's not just about making punk political. This trend has spread throughout music in general. Everyone from pop artists to hip hop groups have begun voicing their political views over the past 8 or so years. There's just been so much discontent nation wide. (out of space)

  • t's true... theres punk ideology popping p everywhere

  • I agree. Coming from a 30 year old fart!

  • how do you want to have fun when your government is creating wars and killing people all over the world

  • Because we're idiots and how ever much we say we care all of us really don't :)

Go with the flow or get pulled in.

  • Anti-flag are so commercial.

    they're an Oxymoron!

  • Anti-flag? that doesnt mean anti the american flag does it?

  • It means anti every flag in the world, including the american flag.

  • you really didnt get that, did you...

  • I didn't know there was something there to get.

    =/

  • anti-flag could have a meaning like; fuck nationalism and patriotism.. and that means the flag gets sucked in the drama. cus thats what flags stand for, and will always do.. thats a common punkway of thinking.. and thats why punkrockers and rednecks dislike eachother.

  • Yes I guess that nationalism is not very punk, although when your country is fighting for it´s own independence, to not get fucked up by a bigger state that doesn´t fit in my culture, you know I´m from the basque country, and here showing a flag is like fuck the mayor state Spain..could be that an exception? I´m really sorry if I bore you but I´ve always wondered

  • @xabier301

Aquí uno que te comprende perfectamente! Saludos desde Catalunya, y Visca el Melodic HxC!

  • Right on!

  • gobshite.

it means against the bullshit belief that a flag as an object is worth ANYTHING.

  • not only that, but they also happen to be regular morons as well. :P

  • @Icantunderstandyou fuck!

oxymoron? a-f is doing a lot of good things. they reach so much people with their massage. that's a good thing. such a band can't stay in the underground all the time!

  • @Icantunderstandyou i never could get into anti flag becauz it seems like they try to hard, and their music isn't anything amazing either..but this isn't an anti-flag video

  • @owl316 I was replying to somebody else's comment on this video, it's obvious that this isn't one of their videos.

  • @Icantunderstandyou I <3 Anti Flag :o except for bright lights of america -___-

  • @Icantunderstandyou

please throw away that punkrock rule book.

  • one step forward two steps back, that line in the song is the title of a song by desert rose band check it out

  • Where was that show at? I call bullshit, but who knows.. I have a flyer I believe was from that same show(which you say your in). Im not posative only cause i dont remember GR playing there any other times off my head, but could have.

If you dont think punk isnt real anymore then your obviously not in that video.

  • .... I am a grown man kid... I don't have to lie.Lol and punk is not real anymore... Do you call green day punk? Fucking blink-182 punk? NO.. it's commercial MTV bullshit. Real punk is The Germs,Dead Kennedys,Bad Brains, and Sham 69 that's real punk my friend... The last of good punk died in the 90's. And the show was at this venue called Mosslies.. it closed down a few years ago I believe.

  • ok.. are you done with your rant?... I have a life to attend to... :D

  • maybe you should stop looking at the mainstream and look at bands such as Antillectual, Atlas losing grip, Rentokill; ...

Those bands are great examples of contemporary political punk bands, And in my opinion they have as much, if not more interesting messages in their

  • Just go to concerts of local bands you'll see it alive and kicking.

  • punk hasnt been real for many years. around 95 or 96 its a shame these guys broke up.
