it's the finger of a disposible glove. it's just fixed with superglue (gel). that's working quite well. on top of the screw i did cut a hole in the finger and tied a small wire around it. that's not 100% waterproof but who cares about 3 or 4 drops on 1 hour sailing. my other boats are not 100% waterproof as well.

those servos are really noisy!
how many degrees can it go? in the real VO70, the rule says max 45 deg.
