She had just lost the escalator challenge between her and Bob. They had to run up and down an escalator 10 times and whoever was faster got first pick for the members they wanted on their team. Bob won and chose a lot of people that used to be on Jillian's team (with whom she shared emotional bonds). That's why she was crying. The two guys were new members of her team who wanted to comfort her.
