@leopower7 Who said I was using my mom's money? Does the idea of paying for one's own Nx too much of a concept for you? Some people on the internet need to learn to think before they speak.
@Flopyboy You can't take points out of MP unless you've added to HP. It won't allow it. HP washing is technically a glitch so adding points into HP is the only way of taking points out of MP. And if what you said were allowed, then you would only gain HP and not anything else.
Howcome I heard something about eventually it will stop letting you reset MP if you dont have enough or something like that o.O like... it wont let you reset the MP point. I want to HP wash but I don't want to risk wasting a point :/ unless you can reset the HP point I put into.
Do I only take one out of MP then into my main stat ONLY after I put a stat into hp first? or do I just take out mp and put into mainstat regardless ?
@WillyOwnZ If you try to reset MP it wont allow you to do it unless you add HP first. Once you've added HP it'll allow you to take 1 point out of MP then add that point to your main stat.
Nexon didn't remove HP washing, because my friend is able to remove from MP, however characters of a lower level that he has are able to remove from MP. Is there, perhaps, a level requirement on lowering HP/MP?
@NlghtFight I think after lvl10 or 1st job then you should be able to HP wash. I heard there's a base amount for MP but I'm not sure if thats true or not.
@14Nonamer O.o It should let you add unless they took of HP washing after the dual blade update in GMS. I think Nexon did say HP washing was a glitch even tho it made them alot of $. HP washing was never intended by Nexon so they might have fixed that after the dual blade patch. Try asking other people if they're still able to HP wash too. I don't train my chars in GMS so I can't give you a 100% answer if it's still avaliable. It's still avalialbe in MapleSEA tho.
@klaz48 This is a guide. It's ment to inform. Spending $22.50 to help educate isn't a waste of money. PLUS its MapleSEA so actually its only about $10.00 US dollars for AP reset (5). And you can't say that you've never "wasted" at least $20 on anything.
@EmsHermit nope, I rushed this vid so I didn't have my INT equips with me. This was done just before a server check and because people were confused on the washing process.
I am a level 80 sin and started to level with 30 int (not base) at level 50.
my friend told me to add 10 AP in int when I was level 50 so I could HP wash so I did that. Then when I was level 77 he told me to add 10 in HP so I did that too so my character is failed? :( Since in your video it was different like you Ap reset it exactly when you add it and don't have added in INT
More HP = less chance of dying and % based pots are more worth it with higher HP. For example: say you have 18000 HP because of HP washing. If you use Honster pots it heals 60% of 18000 so you heal 10800 HP with that one pot. If you used reindeer milk to heal, you end up using 2 pots. 1 Honster = 6,000 mesos. 2 Reindeer Milk = 10,000 mesos. So, you save mesos and its safer for training / bossing.
DO NOT add INT with a Brawler. You pretty much need the same stats as a Warrior. Just follow the vid should be good enough. ALWAYS HP WASH ACCORDING TO YOUR MAIN STATS. For you its STR and DEX. Don't make the mistake of adding stats you don't need or else you'll be VERY underpowered. You don't have to do 5 per lvl. You can HP wash as much as you want or until you're broke =P If you want INT to increase your MP when you level, then use INT equipment, no matter what DO NOT add AP into INT.
uhh ok? I'm seriously hoping you ment 300 equipment INT and not base. Cus if he pumped 300 AP worth into INT he's....pretty noob. And 30k HP for a Bow Master is too extreme. You know how much thats going to cost in the long run?
Depends on the job. I'm not too sure with other warriors and jobs, but for Paladin's its -4 MP per AP. So 5 AP resets would come out to -20 MP which can be regained if you have very high INT equipment. Every 10 INT = 1 MP when you level. I think for Night Lords its -10 MP per AP reset but I'm not 100% sure. If you can't afford INT equipment then I suggest buying equipment that adds MP but it should be something you can always use, like Leaf Earrings MP+50 then scroll w/e you want on it.
You can do more then 1 per lvl. There is a minimum MP that you can reach but I can't remember what it was. I think around 200 MP or something like that? If you don't want to lose so much MP, you can HP wash every other lvl instead. Dk's have naturally higher MP then Hero's and Paladins anyways, so I don't think you have to worry so much for now. Just don't go under 800 MP w/out HB and you should be fine jus using mana pots, which saves money cus high lvl mobs usually drop alot of those =P
Wash till you get to the HP you want. It'll take alot more NX to get to high HP with a bowman / thief cus they have naturally low HP and have no Increase MAX HP skill. And for those people that use the new Knights of Cygnus job. I'd say stay away from HP washing since:
1. Max level as of yet is 120.
2. Warriors don't have the Stance skill or Power Guard, so they suck at bossing. Which means you don't need high HP for bossing.
So......if HP washing is "noob" that means you're calling the thousands of high lvl players that HP wash in MapleGlobal, MapleSEA, Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Europe, Brazil, Vietnam MapleStory "noob" too =/ well then, I guess you're just too "pro" for us all to understand.
wth.. are you talking about the guy said what a waste of nx and i replied to him thats hes a fucking noob your talking to a guy who has max hp with hb...
so....what isnt a waste of NX? Buying clothes that dont raise stats? Changing hair color / style? Eye color / style? Its all a waste of NX but at least with HP washing you can profit from it..
its only worthy it if you have the money, and are close to an hp point where if it were like 300 more, you could take 2 hits from a boss, or a good training spot (skeles, pap, stuff like that)
Mages come with naturally low HP, thats why Magic Guard is supposed to make up for it. HP washing on a mage is done by some ppl, but if i had to. I would just go with HP equips when I need the extra boost. So in other words, if im going bossing then HP gear. If I'm training, then attack gear. Another way is to add 1 AP to HP every level and the rest on INT or LUK, cus I know some that do that. Unless u plan to be HornedTail bait, I say HP equipments are the way to go =] Hope that helps =P
Well, you can use the 2 AP resets to HP wash if u want to. Or you can use the AP Resets go fix some stats you don't need. Like Str or Dex. You can also use the AP Reset go lower your Luk and add INT if your equips allow you to do it. In the end its up to you on how to use the Resets. =)
some people say for warriors and mages if u have a lot of nx u can put many points into hp, buy 10 sp reset 1st job and use them to make maxHP increase or maxMP increase lvl0 then take out from hp and it takes out less hp points, and u can repeat that till u got 30k hp and 30k mp LOL YEA TONS OF NX
um you're supposded to max Improving Max MP as soon as possible, cus magic guard uses MP when taking damage. Btw what level are you? If you're high level and didnt max Improving MP then you lose ALOTTTT of MP over time.
What are your stats? Yes, you can use AP reset to fix any extra stuff you don't need. I would add Int instead of MP because you have an Increase Max MP skill, or you could hp wash a little bit.
I don't know if you mean after level or just AP reset to fix a wrong stat add-on. Going by your example: If a bowman adds HP, then you lose 1 point. Use the AP reset scroll and subtract 1 point from Str instead of MP. Then add the extra AP into Dex. It's possible, but only when you level up. You can't -1 AP from Str then add Dex and HP at the same time. You can only -1 AP and it goes to either Dex or HP. You COULD -1 Str AP, +1 HP, then -MP & +1 Dex, but that would be a waste of 2 reset scrolls.
if your a dexless fighter and planning on hp washing would you consider it worth it? like u add hp and then u -mp to str would it make any difference for a dexless warrior?
HP washing doesn't effect any stats except HP and MP and STR. Dexless should be fine with HP washing. STR and HP raise and they're both good things :D Crusaders / Heros have the lowest MP out of all warriors, so I suggest using INT equipment when you lvl up. Dk's don't have to worry so much cus they have the highest MP. And White Knights / Paladins are Average HP Average MP so...when HP washing, paladins have higher hp then a dk and higher mp then a hero, since paladins start with avg hp and mp.
str doesn't raise max HP. Warriors already have a Increase Max HP skill, and mages / bowmen / thief's use HP equipment, like HP shields, gloves , hats and whatever else there is. Pirates also have an Increase Max HP skill, so they don't need HP equipment
More hp = less deaths / safer when fighting bosses. In mapleSEA there's a prerequisite for the hornedtail squad that they should have at least 20k hp with hb. Plus, tanking an Anego slap jus makes u look cool xD
Try to wear more then just 10 INT. I know people that have up to 100+ INT equipment and they're warriors / night lords. If you have any pure INT friends try to borrow their gear. Or scroll a lvl10 sword with 30% sword for magic attack scrolls. Purple capes/earrings/shields/necklace/yellow snowshoes/hats/gloves/overalls/face accessories. Anything that can be equiped that has INT, use it when you're about to lvl up
Yah MP will be lower. I forgot to add into the guide that wearing INT equipment when you level will also increase MP. The general rule is, for every 10 INT added, when you level you will gain: the average MP increase per lvl and an extra 1 MP for every 10 INT. You SHOULD NOT add INT when you level, but instead wear INT equipment(INT bathrobe/earring/cape/hat/gloves/wand) Applies to Warriors / Archers / Theifs / Pirates. Mages have a skill that increases Max MP so it doesnt really apply to them.

step 1:get a character lvl 1+
step 2:choose a job for that charcter
step3:if ur hp is too low don't worry bout it and have fun =)

DO NOT add INT with a Brawler. You pretty much need the same stats as a Warrior. Just follow the vid should be good enough. ALWAYS HP WASH ACCORDING TO YOUR MAIN STATS. For you its STR and DEX. What are your stats? Yes, you can use AP reset to fix any extra stuff you don't need. I would add Int instead of MP because you have an Increase Max MP skill, or you could hp wash a little bit.

quick question, em if you are hp washing, does it also work if you remove a point from a stat you dont need instead of mp?
example:bowman is hp washing, adds 1 to hp take away 1 from str and adds into dex? PM me answer, ty

You COULD -1 Str AP, +1 HP, then -MP & +1 Dex, but that would be a waste of 2 reset scrolls.

would it work if u just buy a reset and reset 1 ap from mp and put that into hp.... instead of leveling and doing it only when u level?

if your a dexless fighter and planning on hp washing would you consider it worth it? like u add hp and then u -mp to str would it make any difference for a dexless warrior?

HP washing doesn't effect any stats except HP and MP and STR. Dexless should be fine with HP washing. STR and HP raise and they're both good things :D Crusaders / Heros have the lowest MP out of all warriors, so I suggest using INT equipment when you lvl up. Dk's don't have to worry so much cus they have the highest MP. And White Knights / Paladins are Average HP Average MP so...when HP washing, paladins have higher hp then a dk and higher mp then a hero, since paladins start with avg hp and mp.

If Int items increase the amount of max mp you get when you level, then what items increase your amount of max hp when you level? str equips?
The3Fangs 3 years ago
str doesn't raise max HP. Warriors already have a Increase Max HP skill, and mages / bowmen / thief's use HP equipment, like HP shields, gloves , hats and whatever else there is. Pirates also have an Increase Max HP skill, so they don't need HP equipment

what is the point of hp washing?
pizzabox24 3 years ago
More hp = less deaths / safer when fighting bosses. In mapleSEA there's a prerequisite for the hornedtail squad that they should have at least 20k hp with hb. Plus, tanking an Anego slap jus makes u look cool xD

okok...so now i will wear 10int equip when im 99.99% =D
GuRLjUic3 3 years ago
Try to wear more then just 10 INT. I know people that have up to 100+ INT equipment and they're warriors / night lords. If you have any pure INT friends try to borrow their gear. Or scroll a lvl10 sword with 30% sword for magic attack scrolls. Purple capes/earrings/shields/necklace/yellow snowshoes/hats/gloves/overalls/face accessories. Anything that can be equiped that has INT, use it when you're about to lvl up
Renegade0056 3 years ago
erm...after the hp wash will your mp get lower?
GuRLjUic3 3 years ago
Yah MP will be lower. I forgot to add into the guide that wearing INT equipment when you level will also increase MP. The general rule is, for every 10 INT added, when you level you will gain: the average MP increase per lvl and an extra 1 MP for every 10 INT. You SHOULD NOT add INT when you level, but instead wear INT equipment(INT bathrobe/earring/cape/hat/gloves/wand) Applies to Warriors / Archers / Theifs / Pirates. Mages have a skill that increases Max MP so it doesnt really apply to them.
