Well, I liked it. Didn't care too much for the music, but it was ok. but I liked the story line. LOOOONNNNNGG before Rose came back I had toyed with the idea of Rose running into the first Doctor (Eccles?). It stands to reason there'd be a TimeLord in that dimension. Right? She would have called him up on her cell phone, then explained how she got there. I had hoped someone would do that sl on the side. This one worked ok, but I would have loved to see Rose reunited with her first doctor. JMO

I think timelords wouldn't be like us. They regenete so she could look completely different from the Doctor. If thats not the case then she hs blonde hair because of the Doctors past regenerations.

the doctor clone coulda borrowed the doctor's tardis from the other dimension and then gone back in time to right before rose got back.. and then he could have been there to... comfort her....... and then he told rose that she could not tell the other doctor about him.. something to do with a paradox... makes sense, no? :P

or Maybe, the only reason Jenny is Blonde is because Rose kissed the Doctor, thus putting some of her DNA (Saliva) into the Doctor, that DNA then got taken in the machine and created Jenny, but as some of the Doctor's DNA got put in as well, she didn't die and got 2 hearts

haha very valide point. I personally think that Time-lords are different from humans and that the child of a time-lord will look like all his regenerations, but in a different order. So Jenny's first incaration could be the fifth doctors. Her next could be the second. Thats what I think anyway.

in an episode just this past season or the season before, david and and martha go into the future, and get caught up between a war bewtween humans and aliens...underground. davids hand is put into a machine that cuts him, to take some of his genes to make another human that was created for war. she, jenny, is half human, half timelord, and cannot die. jenny and rose have never, EVER met.

Actually, as far as we know Jenny is all timelord. Half timelord, half human combinations never seem to work out. And she can die, it was the teraphoming gas that she had breathed in that brought her back to life.

hmm, i never really thought about it being the gas.. but that's a good point! i just presumed because it was only the Doctor's genes in Jenny that it would make her full Time Lord, but if you're right about the gas, then maybe she isn't. and it's likely you ARE right, because it wasn't a proper regeneration.

When the episode was announced, everyone assumed that she was related to Rose because they looked similar. I'm kind of glad they didn't go that route. Here's hoping Jenny comes back in Season 5 and we can get back to the teacher-student dynamic that worked so well during the Hartnell and McCoy eras. No complaints about the romances, but it's time for a new direction in the TARDIS.
