I was very fortunate to be there today. The dedication ceremony at the National Cemetery is a 'target rich' environment for a photographer who specializes in Civil War themes, so I was utterly consumed with the task at hand.
I listened to the goings on with only half my attention, but when Mr. Lang began to speak, I felt myself being drawn away from my photography, to focus entirely on him. His speech was truly notable in its power and eloquence, and I'm glad you've recorded it for posterity.
