  • Well Bill, I've made it through the 2007 videos. I have been enjoying all of them. You have inspired me to get back into an exercise program and lose (a lot of) weight. Thanks!

  • I love bubble lights! I've had some on my tree for years.

  • The bubble lights are beautiful and fascinating. Working out and trying to get in shape is not so beautiful, perhaps grueling, certainly rewarding if one sticks with it. Christmas lights last a season, good health is a lifelong quest. The holidays have ended, good luck on the quest.

  • Thanks, L.D.

  • WEll-- I went swimming and worked the elipticals today . . . but just did chips and m & m s. Oh well. Still I feel wonderful and for dinner I will do an oyster stew and salad. thank you for showing us the lights. I have never seen them-- I thought they were a recent innovation.

  • Something I remember well from the 1950's! and I do like the way they look.

  • Wild! They look so "hi tech". I wonder how they generate bubbles and if that is water or something else like glycerine.

  • Hey Bill,

I like those lights - I skipped my work out yesterday. However I did do three days in a row. My first goal to attain is to maintain hitting my treadmill for the entire month of January. I can take off a day now and then but at least 5 days a week all month long.

    Take care Bill ..

    Brian

  • Cook and eat healthy, Brian. I'm going to the YMCA "spin" class again tonight. Video to follow!
