  • STATE POLICE ALL DAY!

  • so what happens at that point ? another cop see's her speeding without markers on . and attempts to catch up and pull her over for speeding with out lights and or siren . there for u just make a chain of cops chasing cops for speeding with out use of there police lights. how many cops are on duty ? lets see if they can all be busy chasing the next guy for it . and what blame the first car and put it all on them everyone else is innocent

  • what i dont get is why did she turn her siren and lights off and countinue to speed . in a way to say . how do you not know that the other officer wasnt doing the same . chasing someone else . turned there markers off . to make the person there going after to think they lost the cops . so if the off duty cant do it then why can a on duty cop do it there for thats a contradiction im so far just over 4 min in and i already gotta say sorry but either way there both guilty of breaken the law

  • Don't go 120 mph on FHP's highways especially without lights/sirens.

  • She.was in the right, you can't drive on any road in the u.s. at 120mph without emergency lights on, I think people just don't like seeing a woman police officer

  • when traffic enforcement is your only function speeding is a capital offense. PS i hope some kid this officer was going to protect wasn't harmed because he was arrested for speeding. Good work trooper!

  • atleast she's holding up 3 cop cars that could be catching real criminals for an hour, im sure there are many more important "crimes" going on while she sits there trying to act like a big shot.

  • she didnt think it was stolen all she talked about is how the miami cars are all speeding, now that the other highway patrol arrives she stopped him because she thought the police car was stolen from an accident scene.

  • She broke the code of silence.... I wonder if she still on the force... I know her fellow officers aren't happy.

  • @DIHORY Next time you try to troll at least make it seem believable.

  • BGAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAAA ONLY IN THE COMMUNIST COUNTRY USA COPS KILL PEOPLE AND ARREST THEIR FELLOW COPS AT GUNPOINT. THAT'S ONE SICK COUNTRY WHERE EVERYONE HATES EVERYONE. NO COP ARRESTS A COP ANYWHERE ELSE. COMMUNIST USA!

  • @DIHORY we are definitley not a communist country, thats why WE help all the other shithole countries (probably yours at one point) because they cant fend for themselves, bunch a pussies

  • @TheGlock9mm Aure you are a communist country, just LOOK around at cops KILLING people, this DOES NOT HAPPEN IN A NORMAL COUNTRY, with a few exceptions. How about the patriot act, national defence act, abolition of Posse comitatus act etc. YOU HAVE NO REAL RIGHTS YOU DUMB STUPID ASS, DON'T YOU SEE? A cop can pull you over at gun point right now, beat you and shoot you for any reason and nothing will happen to him. The govt OWNS YOU, dumb object! Keep watching TV you fucking worm!

  • love this video!

  • just another example of cops abusing they "powers"

  • She was probably in her right to do what she did but couldn't she just report him rather than arrest him? Even if it was a stolen police car, if she reported it, she would have gotten instructions on what she had to do. I think its more dangerous to pursue at high speeds on the highway. But, I suppose she wanted to make a point that that was her jurisdiction!

  • Damn good job by Watts. 120MPH is unbelievable.

  • @

apharot You are right about no one is above the law. However, she did not arrest him or give him a citation to appear before a judge. So what did the trooper accomplish? The cop probably got a slap on the wrist and wasted everyones time. Maybe next time she should call internal affairs and have them deal with a cop like that.

  • why did she turn her lights and sirens off? if she's driving at that high rate of speed chasing someone shouldn't her emergency lights be on?

  • The state trooper in this case is crazy. Where is the brotherhood, respect, and sacrifices? We all of us, police officer, have taken an oath to serve and protect.

I wonder who is going to back this state trooper when she calls for help?

  • Nobody. Fucks. With ... STATE TROOPERS!

  • gotta have that wiper on intermittent... never know when its gonna rain.

  • Shes one of the kind, I want to marry her:>

  • lmao! best part of the clip 16;00 " hang up! you just called my wife"

  • LOL HAHAHAH WTF!!!!! this needs to happen more often.

  • +1 for FHP, Nice job Trooper. Policing isn't about authority and power. 120MPH is unjustifiable in any situation, except possibly a fleeing murderer.

  • Lmao. "Mam mam listen to me mam I'm sorry! "

  • Man Fuuuuuuck this Wacko from Wacko Bitch!!!! How the fuck did she ever get hired anyway?!!

Stupid fucking Bitch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope the Bitch gets fired!!!!!!!!!!

  • It's even worse when a cop breaks the law

  • Man, to be pulled over by a woman! The shame!

  • I've never been so proud of a state trooper. I'd like to shake her hand. She should've cited him with a failure to yield as well, considering he led her for 10 minutes without giving way. What a joke. Props to this FHP officer.

  • @PREDEX2000 ..Well, on second thought, I may have over-reacted out of outrage and anger at the sight of seeing this woman treat this Officer like a common criminal. I oppollogize for that.

I know that he was wrong for his actions- I'm not minimizeing it- but this should've been handled in a different way, The sight of seeing her draw a gun on a fellow officer, handcuffing

him, and then locking him up- made me sick!! What happened to Proffesional courtesy? She could've written him a citation?

  • @263BigMoe double the speed limit posted in idaho and its a felony,to be subjected to a felony stop=hands out the window, exit vehichle slowly, turn around, walk backwards to sound of my voice, get on ground, put hands behind back, dont move, dont move, stop resisiting, stop resisting, tazer, etc.

  • This is Fucked up!!! This FHP Cop is nothing but a racist Fucking Bitch!!!!!!!!!!! I am appalled to say the least, by this! How dare you treat one of your own like this- you stupid racist, Bitch?!!

You give the entire Law enforcement community a bad name!!!!!!!!!!!! I am offended by your RACIST ass actions- and I'm not even a Cop!! ...Get OFF the Force, Bitch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @263BigMoe What racist actions are you able to extract from this? That she pulled him over for going clearly over the speed limit while not on call and he happens to be named Fausto?

That she pulled her gun out to a police car which can be assumed has been stolen/hijacked and could have guns in it (like the officer's gun maybe), and add to that the thief/police officer could be under the influence of drugs?

Besides all the time it took for him to stop?

  • Im really happy that she pulled him over. He is not above the law. That being said, he should have been given a ticket and his commanding officer should have been notified. He NEVER should have been arrested for a traffic violation, thats complete bullshit.

  • How did this idiot become a cop?

  • LOL! "How do you not see a car with blue lights in the dark"?!!?

  • She's gone off the deep end, even if the officer was speeding she should of gave him a ticket at most... She took him out of his car cuffed him and disarmed his as if he committed a serious crime. No doubt he should not have been speeding as she stated but that did not give her the cause to disarm him and treat him as if he was a criminal. This lady is a whack job.

  • @HollowTipz7 120 MPH. Sorry, but she did what was right. What officer drives at 120 MPH in a squad car, off duty, while not on a call? What he did was a serious danger to the public. His job is NOT to endanger the public, but to protect them.

  • Taste of their own medicine

  • Way to go Trooper! Just ignore all the real crimes happening in that hour while you have a power trip and deal with an idiot cop! Bravo! She even ignored an accident down the road on her power trip!!!

  • @ALLGAMESYSTEMS Yes, because an officer running at 120 mph without lights, siren, off duty, and not in a pursuit is not at all a serious crime. It's a huge crime, abuse of power, and this needed to be done. All officers who act like this should have this done to them. NO ONE is above the law, especially the police.

  • by this video...the lady trooper will be on miami pd's shit list...good luck on getting backup for help in miami if you need it...lol!

  • She was right on everything she did. He was driving at a very high rate of speed and just like anyone he needed to be pulled over and since it was a police car she needed to make sure it wasn't stolen (Thus the gun being drawn). No one is above the law and especially if he was driving as she said 100MPH than hes way out of line. Well done on her part.

  • @wolf432 True, but if she claimed it as a felony stop (gun being drawn) she conducted the procedure very wrong! If it was a true felony stop she would have waited for back up, and then made the Officer get out and walk back to her like a normal felony stop. She wasn't in full uniform. FHP requires Troopers to have their hat on when conducting stops, even if a felony. Besides that, I agree with you.

  • @1010code3 I will say to the full uniform thing i know some states don't require the hat these days though i'm not sure about Florida.

  • @wolf432 I belive Florida is one of them. If not, I take that back, but still stand that she performed the felony stop wrong.

  • @wolf432 I disagree shes a cunt

  • @wolf432 And how about a ticket if she wants to pull that shit, not a gun in a fellow officer's face. Stupid twat!

  • @wolf432 oh yeah and blocking the left hand lane of the highwayfor 50 minutes ISN'T as dangerous as going over the speed limit, right?

  • @TomRock81 You can hate police all you want but thats not going to change the fact that the guy was driving 120MPH on the highway without his lights on. If i civilian did that they would be held to gunpoint and arrested.

  • @wolf432 I dont hate police, I have my Act 120 Im certified to be a police officer. Police Officer's have this great thing at their disposal called "discretion". Im not saying he wasnt in the wrong for running those speeds, but you DONT pull a fellow officer out of his cruiser at GUNPOINT, HANDCUFF him and hold him up for almost an hour. She thought because she was state police she had way more power than him because she doesnt have a jurisdiction. She could've handled this WAY better!!!

  • @TomRock81 I agree in some points she messed up but one thing is for sure no police officer is above the law. She did what any police officer would do with a civilian. Now im not trying to argue about this im just stating how i feel about this and i know you are too.

  • @wolf432 At first she said she stopped him and took him out at gunpoint and cuffed him cause of speeding, which you dont even do to civilians. Then towards the end she said she did it because there was a Miami cruiser stolen not long ago, meanwhile he's in his uniform, his buddy shows up to help him out. Which she then hurries and tells to leave. If her little ass ever pulled that attitude with a real criminal before she had a chance to pull her tazer or gun she'd be beaten or killed. all 95lbs

  • @TomRock81 Now That could have been the underlying cause on the whole pulling over and cuffing as well as his speeding. Im not sure where your from but around here if your going that fast you will get pulled out of your car handcuffed and taken to a holding cell and loose your license. Also i agree she should have prolly got backup if it was a criminal but some people dont always think straght in situations like that. Saying that im not saying shes a bad officer though.

  • @wolf432 Well i'd hate to live where you live, because they are following different laws than most cities, states, boroughs, and townships. She was mad and threw a hissy fit, period. I dont agree with him speeding like that youre right when you say hes being dangerous, on the other hand you dont put a gun in a fellow officers face and handcuff him. BTW she could've known in 15 secs wether or not it was the cruiser stolen by running the plate. Every see a cop pull over a crotch rocket doing 120?

  • @wolf432 the guys on the crotch rockets dont get guns pointed in their face if they get caught up to and pulled over nor do they get handcuffed unless they have a bad registration, oustanding warrents, suspeneded license, etc...As long as they dont have a rap sheet out tickets and points on their license they are issued a hefty ticket and told not to do it again, and then the next day they do it again.

  • @TomRock81 ur a dumb ass

  • @wolf432 she didnt mention anything about the car being stolen until the end, she was completely fixated on the speed and pissed about it, she even brought up how she had seen the Miami cruisers running that speed before. The second she found out it was stolen "if she even checked" the cuffs shouldve come off and if she was gonna give a ticket it should have been written and had him on his way. But she had to show how much power she had over the local police.

  • @wolf432 When was the last time you where pulled over at gun point and cuffed for speeding? Not to mention that fact that you're probably not a police officer who was driving a police cruiser? He shouldn't have been driving that fast you're right but to say she was right on everything she did is total bull. She doesnt even mention that there was a cruiser stolen recently until the end, it was all about the speed that had her ticked off. If anything give him a ticket and let him go.

  • @TomRock81 I'm not driving 60 over the speed limit so i have no reason to be pulled over at gunpoint And the fact it was a police cruser dosnt matter he didnt have lights on made the situation strange but like i said police are not above the law he got off with a ticket but truth be told you would have your license taken if you were a civilian. Now the fact you took my response as if your speeding at all over the speed limit no matter what tells me your not reading what i said at all

  • @wolf432 It doesnt matter have damn fast he was driving "get that through your thick head" even though he shouldnt have been going that fast there is ABSOLUTELY NO reason for him to have been taken out of that cruiser at gunpoint and cuffed, it DOES not happen to civilians. The only time it happens is on a felony stop, where the person commited a crime and is running or failed to stop for the police and took off. And you wouldnt have gotten your license taken away if you didnt have any points

  • @TomRock81 It really shows how much you know about law inforcement when you say those things. I live in ohio if you are going 40 or more over the speed limit you will get pulled over with guns drawn and cuffed. Im not sure what farytale world you live in but thats how it is. I have a friend that was going 110 in a 65 and got pulled over guns drawn got pulled out of his truck cuffed and his license was suspended for a year. He had no points prior to that. I've seen many other cases.

  • @wolf432 There are many states encluding florida that draw their guns like that. and ive seen 2 cases where guys on bikes get guns drawn on them. Anyway you can be childish and keep saying im wrong or whatever im done fighting about this. To me your just trolling.

  • @wolf432 I only have 345 hours of police training but im being childish, what do you have besides your opinion?

  • @wolf432 Really, well I live in PA right beside you smart guy and they don't point their guns in your face and cuff you for speeding "ESPECIALLY ANOTHER POLICE OFFICER DRIVING A POLICE CAR, you may be thinking of reckless driving. "Mr. shows how much you know about the law." Now reckless driving is a misdemeanor that is an arrestable offense in the presence of an officer. But we both know that's not why she pulled him over, he wasnt weaving or swirving, just speeding.

  • I've only watched the first 8 min so far and I gotta say, I think she was completely right to pull him over. The way he was driving looked like how someone would drive had they just stolen that cop car. He's lucky she didn't give him the pit maneuver at 100+ mph and flipped his car about a dozen times.

  • The Miami pd officer was wrong. First off, he was off duty, which means he had no reason to be driving as fast as he did. Even on duty and responding code, he would not have been aloud that fast. Not to mention, he was putting the lives of every one on the road at risk. Secondly, the state trooper had no choice to pull the officer out at gun point. She knows the training the officer has had....it could have very easily went bad very quickly.

  • @hentschelmann What if the car was stolen?

  • @Holland1994D You are asking if the patrol car was stolen? I suppose it is a possibility. Unlikely though considering it would not be hard to locate. Many departments allow their officers to take their patrol unit home.

  • @hentschelmann No, It's not stolen, but someone said, it was you or I don't know who, it was not right to come up with a gun to the police car and yell to him to come out.

He police car ignored the emergency signals for over a minute, how the heck can't you see that in the night?

  • @Holland1994D No, that was not me. I never thought the patrol car was stolen. The police officer did not see the lights because he probably did not think it was for him....either that or he was that ignorant.

  • @hentschelmann Well, but he blocked the way, he did not yield. You can see, he drives as normal with the sirens on.

    He does not pass her.

  • Nice

  • Nice work. She did the right thing.

  • Thumbs up if you watched this to see how the sun came up :P

  • She was right to pull him over and to pull her duty pistol. How does she know he didn't steal it. I believe it was a proper stop. He should not have been going that fast.

  • If you are drunk no matter who you are state trooper will come after you

  • Comment removed

  • Her driving when not on lights in and out of traffic was almost as bad as his was she charged as reckless driving too??

Did she really say do you have any weapons on you? Of course he does!!

  • @SuperJohnnyenglish after she took his main weapons she clearly asked if he had any other weapons on him.

    Jeez fucking retard.

  • what happened to "move over"save a life???

  • What was the outcome to this incident. Its January and this happened back in October.....dont think its a complicated incident that takes this long to investigate....regardless of the "beef" that has been stirring for years between FHP and all other LEO's in FLA

  • Pulling over and stopping on the left shoulder is crazy dangerous. Only a cop who thinks he's above the law would do that.

  • Although she should not have pulled her gun on the officer she did the right thing by pulling him over. All cops think they are above the law and are on some level corrupt. They can pull crap stunts jus to be able to pull someone over then think that they can do whatever they want.

  • now you can tell good cop bad cop

  • 12:49 - 14:12...LOL

  • @SkylarkGSX fuck that PIG who things he can speed around on the highway with no lights, and fuck you you little cock sucking troll

  • if a regular driver cant speed what makes it ok for a cop to do so, and its not even an emergency.

  • I would have capped that bitch.

  • @SkylarkGSX What! That trooper, who has "total authority on the highway" did her job. That idiot was moving over 120 in rushour. You think that's okay? Honestley she should have tased him till he soiled himself for not complying. You sound like an ignorant red neck sexest pig. Seriously, if you are that insecure of yourself around women. You should strive to not speak.

  • This is hilarious! What he did was wrong, and he got caught. He thinks HE is above the law by driving the way he was. He put innocent people at risk, just like any other person speeding. Hope he gets the book thrown at him.

  • @SkylarkGSX she's just a typical state trooper. "we are better" it's disgusting.

  • @SkylarkGSX Couldn't have said it any better!!!

  • @lulzmango They're trained to do that. You are not. Problem?

  • At least he taught her how to use a smart phone.

  • @BrianYoder2012 10 minutes of tech support, he should send her a bill...

  • lol can you imagine what the drivers passing by are thinking? WTF a cop arresting another cop? You don't see that often. haha

  • @shadowhunter388 well yeah, but if you pass by with 65 mph you don't see anything, especially in the night :p

  • guys guys, we are thinking as civilians, we have a kind of grudge against cops, some of them are abusive and complete aholes some times. But they are both cops, the military would say brothers in arms. it was the city cop's fault, agreed. but pointing a gun and treated like a felon? she broke the police camaraderie. pull him over, and give him a slap in the wrist, yell at him for being irresponsible. report him to superiors, warn him , i dont know, but dont pull a gun on him.

  • @qetuo1000 As a Floridian, I have known of cases in the state where criminals have stolen police cruisers after shooting at the cop.

I feel she had the right justification to draw on this officer as she did not know if he was armed (as most LEOs are most of the time) and assumed a heightened defensive posture for this particular encounter. Not to treat this cop badly per se, but simply to protect herself as if he was armed and extremely dangerous.

  • well yeah, if he was off-duty, then it was his fault. i've seen this kind of cases before in my state too, but they never pulled out another fellow officer at gun point, and treated like that. They get pulled over and get a warning, second time they do it again they get screwed. The trooper is creating animosity in the ranks. Like some one said before, would she have done the same to another state trooper? doubt it. then why to city cops? she was partially right but went overboard on this one.

  • She acted as a professional, he was or thought he was above the law or GOD!

  • Everyone saying this and that about how the officer is an asswhole but I bet everyone do the same and drive reckless and fast all the time so thing about your self be for u talk about other

  • i like how the night turns into day.

  • why do they leave the car door open?

  • I hate ringtones.

  • Nice to see the police policing the police :)

  • That ladie cop has mad driving skills caught his ass.

  • My hat is off to the Trooper for taking the proper actions that night, there are so many in LE that would not have the integrity and guts to do what had to be done that night.

  • Officer Lopez's actions were completely out of line, reckless and illegal, wearing a badger and uniform does not give you any more consideration or excuse for your action then any other motorist on that highway and trust me, if Officer Lopez would have been faced with the same facts in front of him as Trooper Watts was that night, I am sure he would have had the same fears, concerns and reactions as Trooper Watts had that night.

  • Being LE for 24 years myself, I would have cuffed him also. His actions up to the stop were not rational, proper, within department procedure or even safe for the other motoring public. That Trooper has no idea what is going through that officer's mind as she is approaching that vehicle or in the immediate dealings with that officer. Handcuffing a person until the situation is known is not only safe for the trooper, the passing motorists and the suspect officer at that point.

  • As the tape shows, it took the trooper a full 5 minutes to catch up to him. Just listening to the motor tells us that she was on it too. Then the city cop takes another 3 minutes to yield. If any civilian did that, it would've been conducted as a felony stop. The video clearly shows speeds in excess of 100 mph. The Trooper did her job, and did it properly. If you notice, the first words out of the city cops mouth are "I'm sorry, I'm sorry." He knew what he was doing, and got busted. End of story

  • I would have the to agree with everyone else that lopez was completly in the wrong and she had every right ( being a high statist LEO..i.e being state police) to pull his asss over and do what she did....he could of very well killed someone!!!

  • @afnbyzcp I agree. Cops are not above the law, contrary to what they would like you to believe

  • The cop should have been dealt with but I reckon the trooper brought herself down to his level of professionalism by cuffing him in a public place. Even though he stuffed up big time there isn't a need to belittle the uniform like that. I reckon she should have counted to ten before approaching the vehicle, and I bet even she would admit to being able to handle it differently. As it turns out he gets to drive off anyway.

  • @leibstandarte092 Cops aren't above the law, son.

  • Holy Crap He was doing 120MPH without his lights or siren he needs this

    @battumbler ya reno 911

  • @FDNYEngine6 that was her guestimate, the vehicles data recorder was no where near 120 so she claims.

  • Good for her.

  • Its reno 911!

  • The lady deserves recognition

  • Thank god for cops like this!!! Miami Dade is full of crooked gangsters with badges.. They forget they are citizens themselves!

  • this is the best video on youtube

  • She did the right thing...i.e. THE LAW, he was basically trying it on because he's an off-duty LEO.

    Tough cookies Lopez, you lost.

  • That dumbass cop got a taste.>:)

  • You can basically watch the sunset in this video, it starts off at night and at the end its day.

  • @CtrlRm That would be sunrise; not sunset.

  • Totaly agree with shsjr2010

  • ok i think the officer was in the wrong but at the same time the trooper went way over board and was a total bitch to the other miami officer that showed up. just goes to show you that troopers think they run the damn state when in reality officers do "real" police work and worry less about traffic like the "mighty" troopers.

  • @shsjr2010 i come from a family of troopers.....and i couldnt agree with you more

  • damn that crown vic sounds good.

  • Helping someone on the same team? I imagine cops may get some breaks from time to time, but 120 mph is ridixulous. I think she did exactly by the book and no i am not a female or a cop. There are cops that think because they wear a badge that they can get away with anything. This entire thing was videoed and I bet everyone at her precient and internal affairs will say she did it by the book.

  • @steavens00 And also, the fact that he wouldn't stop for her immediately, even after she shined a spotlight in his rear view, gave Trooper Watts cause for drawing her weapon, ordering him out, and handcuffing him. The evasion made it a felony stop. She didn't know who this guy was. She didn't even know he was in uniform at first. Why should she put the thin blue line over her personal safety?

  • @steavens00 It should be no different for a marked car or a uniformed driver in this case. I don't have a problem with cops occasionally giving each other "professional courtesy" to someone running, say, 10 miles over or something. But it's clear in the video that Lopez was traveling much faster than that. Add the weaving between traffic and evasion and it became Trooper Watts' duty to shut this guy down. Cops can cry about "brotherhood" all they want but Watts did right by the public's safety.

  • it's about time the thin blue line was erased . speedign without lights and sirens and not on the way to a call is illegal , not just department rules but actual law. hope this guy loses his job and goes to jail just like a civilian would for speeding and eluding arrest. period , end of sentence, no more converstion. jail, no probation,, general population . namaste

  • @circusboy90210 no its not illegal it go to a call without lights and sirens on and I did it quite a bit in a safe manner. just because a LEO is going to a call, doesnt mean lights and sirens for every call. alot of calls lights and sirens will work against you. he was wrong for what he did without a doubt, just dont make it a blanket statement and say it is illegal to drive to calls without lights and sirens

  • @sforcesrcg laws vary from local to state etc. but 99% of the time it is actually against public law, and policy (internal) to speed without being on a call or having the lights and siren on. there is no reason a leo should ever have the lights and siren on .period.

  • It's one thing to stop a police officer in a police car[NOT IN OHIO] but to draw your side arm, cuff him and run a VIN on a police car? Bet that trooper does a 98 in miami!!!

  • if you are on the Highway the Cops lose their authority to state police.

  • @LordHannigan Sorry, no they dont.

  • @LordHannigan Say Huh? Had I been the Miami Officer I would have immediately taken the FHP officer into custody after she pulled her firearm. I would have charged her with aggravated assault. Trust me... it would have been done.

  • Fellow officer pulling over another officer.. dumb ass hell, both on the same team.. than she pull out her gun and handcuff the officer in his uniform really.. she yelling like she crazy.. I'm a officer and she would have never hangcuff me.. officer handcuff another officer wow

  • @philclay2 Yet another crybaby cop chimes in. So pathetic. Doing 120 through her jurisdiction and then running from her when she lit him up...doesn't look like he was on the same team to me.

  • @philclay2 was NOT "on the same team" at that point. He was a criminal putting everyone's lives in danger. So, she would not have handcuffed you? In other words you would have resisted arrest? I would help her to cuff you. I don't know where you are a police officer at; but I'm glad that it is not on my department. NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW! NOT YOU, NOT ME, NOT OFFICER LOPEZ!

  • @philclay2

Agreed. What she should've done was follow proper protocal and obeyed her supervisors instructions instead of acting like a cowboy, and the issue would've been handled properly. Now as a result you have animosity between the city and state police which should not be.

  • Its a fellow officer have some respect and let him go are you fuckin serious!

  • Oh yeah, that's why I avoid the south like a plague.

  • This Trooper overreacted and clearly has it in for cops. She knew he was a Miami Police Officer and lies that she thought it was a stolen marked unit. She states she's been in law enforcement for about 25 years and never had a cop not pull over when she activates her lights and sirens. What is it with her and cops. She started a war and bad blood between two agencies. An innocent Trooper will one day have to pay for Donna Jane Watt's retarded arrogance. Hope she pays the price, instead.

  • @luis7216

So, hauling through town, at excess speeds in a taxpayer-owned vehicle fueled by taxpayer-owned gasoline and merging constantly without signals with no lights or sirens is okay?

If it was a civvie driving they'd be arrested and slapped with every charge they could possibly find, and at gunpoint, no less.

Officers should be held up to the highest standard, and not doing so is a slap in the face of those people they're supposed to be "protecting"... a disgusting show of corruption.

  • @Lulzmango Was the officer wrong for driving like an asshole? 100% he was. However, the officer who pulled this officer over was WRONG. In the eyes of the public everyone says "Rah rah rah she was right, this cop deserves to get pulled over." I dont like that she pulled this other cop over, but what I cant get over is SHE PULLED HER GUN ON HIM!!! I don't give a shit if a cop car was stolen the day before, you dont pull your gun on another officer.

  • @BIGDROC99

How did they know it was a cop, exactly? Stolen car could equal stolen uniform.

If it was me, I'd draw too. No way I'd be the next story of how an officer was killed at a traffic stop, especially one where the driver ignored the signals to pull over for a solid 3 minutes. After she confirmed he was an officer, she holstered the weapon immediately.

I don't know what else you want to happen, she drew for her safety, confirmed the situation, holstered. Done. What else do you want?

  • @Lulzmango hell yeah, nothing justifies this driving. i guess there must have been multiple calls about reckless driving.

  • @luis7216

Also don't believe her BS that she never drove her patrol car at high speeds like that in her 25 years of service.

  • @Predator784 I love driving 100 miles per hour but Germans are excused we have the autobahn!

  • Trooper Watts took this stop personal. This is not about officers being above the law.If she treated a uniformed officer in a marked unit like that, then imagine what would happen to the general public!

She told officer Lopez that that car coomes through like that on a regular and they can never catch it.Later she told him she thought it was stolen.

Sounds a little personal to me.She was correct for stopping him but remember that he did respect her.

Two wrongs don't make a right!

    SELF CONTROL

  • @1998babeface she had no way to know the car was not stolen. hollywood is not in miami's jurisdiction. it's not even in dade county. he is a criminal for speeding with no lights on and not on the way to a call. it's about time someone started tearing down the thin blue line and standing up for the people who think the law is above it'self . breaking the law is illegal and that includes law enforcement officers.

  • @1998babeface

What she did was 100% justified. Note two things: the amount of time it took her to catch up and the time it took for him to pull over after her sirens were on (over 1:35).

    >then imagine what would happen to the general public!

you're right. if it had it been me, I would have been drawn on, thrown to the ground, and had my face put into the concrete by a knee while being told to 'stop resisting' shortly before my arrest for attempted manslaughter. he got off easy.

  • @1998babeface I would show respect to her too if she held me at gun point first.

  • Rawdashcam - it appears you show the contact information for Miama PD to bad mouth about Officer Lopez; however, you don't show the contact information for the Florida State Troopers to do the same about the female trooper...

  • That trooper is completely unprofessional during the traffic stop, not to mention she disobeyed her supervisor's orders to stop following the vehicle. She is just as wrong as the officer is in this video. I imagine she also violated policy by turning her lights and siren off while still trying to "chase" him." In my mind she drove just as recklessly. She just let her emotions get
