This was no trick. They were taking the dog off the field and he got away with the leash (at the start of the video) at the :33 second mark, he got free from the leash and made his escape.

In fact, they aren't running away at all. They have simply picked up a scent. When this happens, all the dog's other senses become secondary and they literally do not hear the owner calling.

Tons of activity and training (including leash training) are an absolute MUST for a Beagle-Jack!

Yes, she got away from the "handlers" twice. Now she has a home (in my home) and is un-learning her escapee tricks. :)
