I really love this version. I also love the trailer version which is only slightly different... 5 Centimeters Per Second is reaaalllyy sad, and the song only makes it seem sadder, but it's still beautiful. It really makes the message clear-both the movie and song. Beautiful playing :)

Oh good, you have the same sheet music I printed yesterday, which means that it sounds terrible when I try to play it because I'm a terrible piano player, not because the sheet music is wrong. XD

Seriously though, I maybe should have picked an easier song to learn after 7 years of not even touching my piano. I play too slowly right now to tell if I'm even doing it right. You're playing it really well though. =D
