How many times does someone have to be told to back off? I would have shot him sooner; too many people believe that cops won’t go to this extreme and continue to harass them and instigate a reaction. Every citizen or person has the right to travel and to therefore embark on and later debark from transporation vehicles. We can't be expected to stay cooped up in our cars, et cetera, forever. They're only made for going from point A to point B, C, and so on. Once arrived at destination, it's nice to be able to get off and go on your way, WITHOUT being harrassed by anyone, much less shot in the back by cops while you're not officially considered a threat to anyone.

In that case, he couldn've helped himself by not getting off the train. But he couldn't be blamed for any of this.
