I do not agree with the way the justice system currently works. I find it to be very corrupt and in Texas I find the jails de-value human lives. One thing I have noticed with these do gooders (and this goes for all cases in all countries) is that they show no tears for the poor family who has had a brother/father/sister/daughter etc murdered. They only get upset over the offender. It's as if they get a self righteous buzz out of defending the offender rather than the victim. It's one thing to stick up for someone if they were not the actual killer although its another thing when your trying to get the murderer off of the hook...

One more thing, this video states that only Texas pursues the death penalty in Law of Parties cases. That is not quite true. Most states have the same practice, but they do not call it the Law of Parties, rather it is referred to as the Felony Murder Rule.

Yes, there are White men on death row under the Felony Murder Rule, known in Texas as the Law of Parties. A few months ago a White man in Missouri was put to death for his role in armed robbery murders where he was not the shooter. A White accomplice in a kidnapping murder in Mississippi met the same fate in '08. A White inmate in Texas named Jeff Wood was set to die last year for a similar crime but received a stay.
