I agree, tobi is madara in personality, but is there no way he refurbished obito's body and is posessing it or something? If the hole had been on the non-crushed side, I wouldn't push the issue, but this allows kakashi to have one sharingan while tobi/madara has the other. Plus they both (kakashi and tobi) use the same eye jutsu, as a hint that the two are linked. I'm pretty sure obito is dead, my guess is madara has his body.

there is no possibility because:

1. obito was crushed to death

2.the hole in madara's mask is on the same side in which obito was crushed

3. in the manga and this video we can see that there would possibaly be no way for him to survive even if those other boulders didnt come he would have surely died anyway.

and 4. they say tobi is MADARAME UCHIHA!!!!!

he also was the founder of the clan of uchiha, who had a hand in founding konoha, the village hidden in the leaves.
