I have the same mousse. If anyone is wondering how much it is, its 1 dollar. I got mine at the dollar store, but I will warn you it's stinks!!! The only reason why I got it is because I had 1 dollar and my dollar store was out of the mousse by white rain and I needed mousse because that morning I dropped my flat iron and it broke.

Wouldn't it be easier to just like put the mousse on ur hair like everywhere then braid it and sleep in it till it's dry then when u wake up and un-braid it then its scrunched or if u want it more scrunched then scrunch it with ur hands? And i can't use a diffuser cuz one its really expensive and two it easier just to braid

@elvislovaa When I wear my hair like this it is generally because I am trying to not use heat on my hair, so I instead of drying my hair with a diffuser I use butterfly clips to keep the volume until my hair is drier, then I rescrunch it with more mousse. Hope this helps. :)

I always style my hair like this but I have a problem, it usually gets kinda tangled when I scrunch with mousse since it gets kinda sticky. How can I avoid that? And I love how your curls/waves start at the roots, mine always start halfway down...its like straight at the top and then super curly at the bottom. Advice?

@Piinkstar17 Thank you so much :) haha. Well that's kind of what mousse does. But there is mousse out there that is anti stickiness. The spray I used really helped my hair from being too sticky& tangly. So i recommend the spray& any mousse that says it won't be sticky lol. Focus more on your roots, make sure you add more mousse to them and scrunch them for a longer time, till your hair dries out and stays how you want it. my sister has the same problem& thats what she does! hope I helped :)

my hair is kinda straight naturally so I find that if my hair is dry to begin with and I want it to look scrunched to just spray my hair down with a spray bottle rather than having super wet hair. I think it's easier for people with straight hair to hold waves. I haven't tried using my hair dryer so I can't wait to do this!
