The GREAT tribulation starts at the point of the 3 1/2 years. Which will be some time in 2o12. Perhaps, the FALL or WINTER. The "tribulation" though started in 2oo8.

The rapture is not pre-tribulation, it is a post tribulation rapture, at the sound of the last trumpet, not the first trumpet. The so called christians will go through the tribulation period with the exception of those who die from natural or accidental death. The rapture takes place at the last trumpet and not before.

The bible does not tell us when the Great tribulation will begin! No one will ever be able to tell you that. But the bible does give us alot of detail as to what the Great tribulation is and what will happen. The Video called "What is the great Tribulation and Armageddon, who is Babylon the great" explains just what is the great tribulation. It gets straight to the point between 3:30 and 6:00

#-1The reason is because Daniel actually foretold the time of the coming of Messiah, and that the Messiah would be cut off. Daniel was also shown that city of Jerusalem and the temple would be destroyed after Messiah was cut off. The rabbis knew that this prophecy of the Messiah being cut off had to have happened before the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple in 70 a.d. This left only one person who could have fulfilled the prophecy, Jesus Christ himself.
The curse was to keep the true knowledge of Jesus Christ away from the peoples. (Of course we know who is behind that.) The fact is that the writings of Daniel along with Isaiah 53 have been responsible for more Jews, including many rabbis, actually receiving Jesus as the true Messiah of Israel, than any other Old Testament Scriptures. Daniel has more to say about this subject. Daniel even had a vision of the ascension of Jesus. Listen:

The Greek word for truth (alethia) literally speaks to an unveiled reality at the base of an appearance. Jesus was not simply speaking of the Jews coming to know who He really was and why He came. An extended meaning has to do with a walk of reality.
#4 1 Corinthians 2:9-16. The apostle spoke of a special spiritual protection given to all true believers that will protect them from the works of darkness. I am amazed at how deceived people are like you all. For one no one knows when the tribulation starts but we are given a clue. When there is a peace treaty made between Israel then it begins. There is no rapture. Why? Because the 2 witnesses are on earth during the great tribulation. Are they not of God? Must they go through the suffering but noone else? The place(s) of safety will be on earth somewhere.

He talks about the patterns in the Bible, the Jewish perspective, which is about their lives, and traditions. This is what he uses to gain understanding of the Bible. After 7 sevens & 62 sevens (total of 69 sevens 483 years) the Messiah (Anointed One) would be "cut off" KILLED.......STOP Decree not fulfilled. Rome invades Israel, destorys the city and the sanctuary. Their "ruler" will then start the Tribulation Period when - v27 - "he" confirms a covenant with Israel and the many - Hence start of Daniel's 70th week

The rapture is not pre-tribulation, it is a post tribulation rapture, at the sound of the last trumpet, not the first trumpet. The so called christians will go through the tribulation period with the exception of those who die from natural or accidental death. The rapture takes place at the last trumpet and not before.

But the bible does give us alot of detail as to what the Great tribulation is and what will happen. There is no rapture. Why? Because the 2 witnesses are on earth during the great tribulation. Are they not of God? Even during the exodus God did not change the laws of physics (or what would happen to everything else?) There are scriptures relating to not changing laws once made (See daniel). Must they go through the suffering but noone else? The place(s) of safety will be on earth somewhere.

@suedonym0 The 7 Lampstands in Revelation 1-3 are the Churches now here on earth. They are seen in Revelation 4:1-5 With Jesus in Heaven. The 2 witnesses (2 more lampstands) are probably Elijah & Enoch (one Jew one Gentile) who preach the Gospel with the 144,000 sealed Jews. Why aren't they preaching now??? The Church is still here. They preach after the Church is Raptured, because at the time of the Rapture no "faithful" Christians are on the Earth. Keep watching for Christ. He is coming

You should buy a Jewish bible with a commentary attached. It will give you the historical meaning behind those versus. You need to understand that when these versus were written they wrote them while they and were in exile and knew one day they would return to their land. They had no thoughts on the future then that. @cwaddle100 I have watched alot of Perry Stone video's, I have never heard him give an exact date of the Rapture or the tribulation begining. He talks about the patterns in the Bible, the Jewish perspective, which is about their lives, and traditions. This is what he uses to gain understanding of the Bible. This at least will show us the season. Right?
You need to listen a little more closely, because he says the dead in Christ will go before us, before he talks about the vision in 1991.

After 7 sevens & 62 sevens (total of 69 sevens 483 years) the Messiah (Anointed One) would be "cut off" KILLED.......STOP Decree not fulfilled. @mari29h the dtribulation period does not start until the living saints and the dead in christ are caught up to meet him in the sky. God promised israel that it will ocupy its original land and that has not happened yet. that is one of the signs of the rapture. the tribulation perid is not the church. why would God have his saints go through the great tribulation. the tribulation period is for the decendants of abraham to finally except christ. If you do you will be beheaded.

Don't believe the 7 year tribulation deceivers. 3 1/2 years is the correct length of the great tribulation as the Bible speaks of..."And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty [and] two months." Rev. 13:5 . Just research and read how many time God says... a time and times and a half, foury and two months, or days adding to 31/2 years.

Rev. 6.12 occurs before the 7 year Tribulaton (8.7ff). I believe the first rapture according to readiess (Rev. 3.10 at 7.9 'before the throne') will occur on Sept. 14 (Tishri 1), 2015, Feast of Trumpets, and Jesus returns 2,520 days later on Aug. 7, 2022, the 10th of Av, a day of morning for Jews, Tisha B'av.

Once I dreamed I was witnessing to a school friend of mine (strangely after 30 years I remembered her name!!) when God snatched me from her and boy I felt His wind going right through me. The Holy Spirit has incredible power and the Holy Spirit is wind! In another dream, I heard the sound of a trumpet just hours before the Rapture and when I described it to a friend of mine, she said it was the Takia Hagadol. the "last trump"! blown on Yom Kippur!
