That's 1 problem with Sonic games. THE SCENERY IS BEAUTIFUL. Most of the time you just breeze through it without truly appreciating it. Music is sometimes too soft. You have to move fast and think fast. But in the end, at least you can listen and look later.

I'm happy that Sega has been paying homage to the Dreamcast Sonic games lately. Windy Valley is one of my favorite Sonic stages of all time. They've brought back Radical Highway for the Mario and Sonic game, City Escape and Speed Highway will be on Sonic Generations, and Windy Valley returns on the new Mario & Sonic 2012 Olmypics game.

Oh my God... this music...! I played SADX for PC and I have to say I really enjoyed it. Of course, nothing can topple Sonic 3 & Knuckles from the top spot, but that's not really a fair contest to begin with. I was looking through some old Winamp playlists and found a lot of these themes on there, and listening to them back, I'm not surprised why. It really had a spark of something special - just like the Genesis/Megadrive games.

I played this game on the Dreamcast. I had great memories of it... hard to believe that was about 10 years ago. Go back ANOTHER 10 (or a little less) years and I was a little kid sitting there with a Gensis controller rocking it out with Sonic 1, 2, 3 and Knuckles. To the Demographic that Sonic was projectected for, Sonic is a God.
