Okay voice, but his stage presence is what makes him special. He needs to be out and entertaining the masses like Robbie Williams, not sitting behind a piano.

I actually agree with that actually. His voice doesn't blow me away atm. It's his stage presence that does that. However if he can work on the smoothness of the melody, then he will be more complete and amazing. Atm , his singing isn't as melodic as it could be.
