  • I currently have ez drummer with lots of expansions and im thinking about bying this one. My Questions:

    >Does it really sound better than the ezdrummer? Cause to me it sounds worse.

I mean they've added lots of effects lik eq s compressors etc. , but that's not how i like to get a good sound! I want the original samples to be good.

    >Can you load an ezdrummer kit in superior drummer and use it like before?

    >Is it worth buying if i don't need the effects and i don't use the ready grooves library?

  • Tal u

  • can u program the drums in guitar pro and then send the midi file into it?

  • @shastamcnasta666

theoretically you should be able to.

  • @shastamcnasta666 yes you can

  • @shastamcnasta666 Yes. But You will need some program like Cubase to export midi to wav.

  • PLEASE HELP ME I´M A DRUMMER ,. AND I WANTED TO INSTALL THE SUPERIOR DRUMMER ONLY. I DOWNLOADED THE FULL PROGRAM WITH THE TOONTRACK SOLO AND INSTALLED THE SP AND ITS SOUND SOFT. BUT I CAN´T RUN IT . WHEN I OPEN THE TOONTRACK SOLO IT ASK ME TO LOAD A PROJETC ( WHICH I DON´T KNOW WTF IT MEANS) AN THEN IT SAYS " FAILED TO OPEN DRUMMER LIBRARY) PLEASE HELP ME . P.S YOU´RE ONE HELL OF A DRUMMER

  • @quaz18 you click the little arrow on the drum. If they don't appear, you probably haven't installed them. You need to install the full 25 GB version to get all the sounds

  • where do you get the different snare sounds and bass drum sounds? my version doesn't seem to have them :(

  • Great sounding kit, although that hihat is crying for serious EQ.

  • I'm looking for software like this, but one where you can use letters on the keyboard to trigger the sounds. I mean you just can't learn the drums properly with this. Does what I am looking for already exist?

  • @Flamestar1989 Have you tried Drumsite? That triggers the drum sounds through your pretty close.

  • @Flamestar1989 Most DAWs have a virtual midi keyboard that will do that for you.

  • @Flamestar1989 Maybe you should try with Drum Agog =)

  • Audience perspective!

  • Can you load grooves like in dfh? Or in case of building a drum bit fast,in order to play on it, i have to do it note per note? Thanx.

  • Check out my Fl Studio version of Roundabout by yes. I used supperior drummer 2.0 . /watch?v=H75h5SUcP7s

  • anybody have this i wanna know if its worth dropping 300+ bucks for it, any help would be great

  • you may as well buy a real drumkit for 300 beans!!!

  • @Zkrudriverz

Do you even know what superior drummer is?

Besides being the followup to EZ drummer including EZ's drum sounds it also has the most dynamic drum sounds of any kit anywhere.

There is not a E-kit in the world that sounds this good.

BFD2 is the only program that even comes close.

  • yes i know! its a complicated better sounding version of ez

  • okay, sorry... i seriously never wrote that and if i did i was like high or somethingX'D

  • can u like control each drum through a key on the keyboard?

  • Yes, you can

  • Is it possible to program this through a computer until you eventually have your own beat or do you need a kit/MIDI keyboard

  • yep, no need for a keyboard.

  • hey everyone, i have a problem.

i have all 5 superior drummer cds. when i try to install the superior2 installer it says 'could not read name DVD file. please insert the 1st disk of your library'.

what can i do?? please help me!!!

  • that's bcuz you keep Mounting it wrong. After you mount the first CD, you just use the same Mount drive until you reach the last one..haha

so if you use Virtual Clone Drive or WinMount you would just use 1 virtual drive and keep loading each CD unto the same Mount drive without dismounting or using a different one

that's all it is. do that and it will work :p

  • whats the best program for hip hop beats?

  • just use any midi programme within a DAW (like logic or garageband or ableton live). you key in the drums on the piano roll and select a hip hop beat.

  • fl8 studio

  • superir has better samples and and sounds totally better of ez.

but, if you use a drum machine like these only fo build your rythmic patterns, (so if you dont need the BEST sounds of this Earth) you could go for ez cause, with the midi pre-builded, is more simply to use and, above all much more FAST.

    byez

  • lol clearly not the sequencer wizard

  • for everything else exist MIDI =)

  • hey i have toontrcak superior drummer but i can't lock it can you help me?

  • so does this not let you haveboth a open high hat and a closed high hat at the same time?

  • Can you have a real hi-hat open and closed at the same time?

  • Only if you have 2 sets of Hi-Hat cymbals

    XD

  • how would that work in live sets?

  • with triggers...

  • so you're saying you can trigger a kit to have both the open and closed hi hat at the same time. then only way you can go it is to have two sets of hi hats.

  • plz i want to know whats the best vst life drum (( superior drummer or ez drummer or fx pansion

  • this.... superior drummer 2.0

  • how do u get the demo

  • We used "camtasia studio" to make this demonstration movie.

or you mean demo version of S2.0?

Unfortunately, there is no demo version of S2.0.
