I own 2 of these both mint in box and 1 has the original sideshow shipping box. I got one about 6 months ago at a "hollywood collectables" store for $175.00. I'm very happy because they are 100x more awesome than any pic or video can show...and to have 2 of them :-)

This is probely the best horror PF Sideshow has ever done. I swear to god... I love this, I loved the film, The original, The first time i saw this i was just speechlessly scared, lol!!!, But when i found out that he wore peples faces for masks i was almost sick, It was that bad. And, you took the words out of my mouth he looks like a tranny, transvestite, That's what scared me about it, they were just so wrong!! and you thought incest was wrong lol!!! ,great video Tay keep them up!

I have to be be honest and I feel a little bad on the seller saying this but I really really do thing it wasn't packaged correctly. The chainsaw was wobbling around. I got a partial refund of £30.00 and am still waiting on another £20.00.

Alot of premium formats do get damaged yes but this isn't usually do to poor packaging but more poor quality control , it happens to alot of pieces from sideshow most famously the iron man bust.

Personally I think all the older ones suck except the first. Because it made such an impact when it was released obviously the first thing the people behind the movies wanted to do was make more. Sadly none of them had the same impact as the first !. Still worth a watch though I suppose if your a massive fan.

lol , I feel bad saying this but I sold my batman and twoface from hot toys to get this ... lol. I still have Joker though and if hot toys do a new batman which it looks like they are planning I might get that. I'm waiting on Figure Master Les's Joker head to go on the figure before I do the full video on it. My next video is hopefully going to be on the Indiana Jones pf or the T-800 pf. One of those I think anyway.

I remember renting this on VHS back in about 1981, watched it with a load of mates, it certainly grabbed our attention when Leatherface came out from behind that door and wacked that guy on the head......OUR JAWS DROPPED!!!

This was the second dvd I ever bought back in about 98' (first dvd was Evil Dead)

Awesome film, still shocking today.

BTW great review, the lighting is better by the window {:}-)

glad to see at least a few people have seen it lol !. Its like only a few on this page have !. Funny you should say the first dvd you ever bought was the evil dead since my dads first 18 film he went to see when he was 18 ( obviously lol ) at the cinema was apparently the evil dead lol.

Glad the lighting helped a little ! Good to make the most of what little sunlight we get in the UK lol.

Try and see it if you can man , this is a movie that spawned thousands of horrors. Tobe Hoopers behind the original , he went on to make things like the poltergeist with steven spielberg.
