@EB071 One time my AG doll's head came off and I had to send her to the hospital. I sent her in clothes and she got sent back in the EXACT same clothes. If you DO have an AG place around where you live, just bring her there and ask if they will give the clothes back. Not to worry though if they say no. They are probably just kidding! LOL!!!! Hope this helps!

they dont. Sometimes, if theirs a stain, they will replace your dolls head or leg or arm, and they take the heads off and re-tighten their limbs, and if your doll is really messed up they call you and ask if you if you want a new doll of that type of another doll.
