Music like this can unite the world. It doesn't matter where you're from, what you've been through, what you believe. Feel the beat. I'm the whitest guy you can imagine, I'm an absolutely terrible dancer, and this makes me want to move!!
Just returned from Zambia, Botwana and S. Africa. My time there was too short it seems. Wish I knew many dialects so I could communication more easily. People of Africa are truly beautiful~
i remember my time living there like it was yesterday. i love going to resorts and watching them play music like this. 8 years with this was exqusite!
I found this band while doing research for my music project about South African cultural music. When I was there for a visit there were lots and lots of street bands like this one. I just lovee the music!!
dizu plaaitjies the guy who started amampondo used to call me mc,guyver when i was a kid i went back to SA in 06 (aged 23) and he still calls me mc'guyver:D
The keyboard instrument, sounds like a Dgil, but definitely doesn't look like one. What is it? Thanks, and I loved the tune!
