@FriPilot Hi...yeah the young lady is now is at University in Spain and doin very well...did a lot more productions after this one..of which I had the pleasure of working with her on numerous occasions and her voice is still as amazing..

@FriPilot ...sadly Lucia never has taken up singing as a profession she only does it as a hobby as far as I know but you never know what she may do in the future..

Just for information, it's not the audience that's lauging. The laugter is provided by the cast of girls offstage. The sequence is staged to add the laugter to this song. It was delightful.

Man, Rodgers & Hammerstein shows are hard to choreograph. There are dance breaks, but a real dance would look too contrived, so you have to find some happy medium between a full-blown dance and just walking around...

I don't know how I feel about this performance of the song, but if there were any faults, it'd be the conductor's tempo, not the performers.

Yeah, I know, I'm probably the only one who noticed that...

My school along with another one (Mine's an all male school and we're teaming up with an all-female school) are putting on South Pacific in three weeks. I'm playing Emile.. and I have to say. You're much better than the girl who's playing Nellie in our version.
