I love 2pac and Biggie. But honestly, what defines who has better "lyrics"? Just cause Biggie has more clever wordplay compared to 2pac doesn't mean his lyrics are necessarily "better" than 2pacs. 2pac has social commentary, emotion and vivid imagery, but that doesn't mean his lyrics are "better" than Biggies. They both could tell a fucking good story. Honestly, they both just had their own styles. And to say that one is better than the other is just personal preference of style.
