Houston was such a great city before all these criminal carpetbaggers like Sue Lovell came to Houston and destroyed Houston. Mayor Annise Parker is not only a disgrace to the city of Houston but she is also a disgrace to the Gay Community. i remember her and Cadet Don also. There was a show called The No No the Clown Show, It wasn't on KTRK , but a smaller station.I went to the taping with my sister for her birthday (1968 or 1969). Oh, the memories. She passed away on 2/21/11. Those were the good ol' days!

i grew up on galveston island...born 1950 my mom worked two jobs even back then

we lived with my grama....kitirik helped me ..her smile and eyes looked like my mom

it gave me great comfort....my grama was old and gave very little attention ...so i would spend hours under our two story house with cats.......i still have cats ...animals except you as you are ..just like kitirik did....i wished i had met her

I remember Kitirik! I have the signed picture of her sitting on the swing and I remember being a black cat for halloween one year because I loved her so much! =) Thanks for the video!

I was on her show once. I suppose it must have been a birthday or something. I used to watch her on TV and had a crazy crush on her. I mean I thought she was sexually hot! I was born in '65 so I couldn't have been older than 5, right? How strange was that? Scarred for life.

I loved Kitirik and her carousel. My older sister got to go on her show, but I never did. My husband's uncle performed on Cadet Don (Travis) and he said he and his brothers got to stay home from school that day to see him! He was in the circus and stood on a bar stool and drank water!!!

I watched kitirik every day from 1966 to 1970 when we moved. My wife hated it. I didn't care.

I remember being on her show for one of my birthdays. I had a crush on her like a lot of boys my age. She still lives in Houston the last I heard.

Oh I LOVED Kitirik when I was little. I dressed up just like her for Halloween. My 3 siblings and I would watch her every day. I wanted to BE Kitirik.
