He occasionally came into a W.L.A. computer store I used to work at and he is just as beautiful in person, and very nice. It took me FOREVER to figure out to get to get youtube clips onto my computer, but I did figure it out. Go to a website called zamzar (dot) com. It is a free online file conversion site. You click on "download videos", enter the youtube url you want converted, click on what media type you want (.wmv, .mov, etc.) and then put in your e-mail address and then it downloads pretty quickly and e-mails the file to you in under 10 minutes or so! Hope that helps! ;-D
