I've seen that mentioned several times while I searched unsuccessfully for the tabs. I think it has to do with that little half step up and the sudden appearance of a major chord. (Gee, I seem to remember a song where he described doing just that.)

By the way, the tabs don't exist online as of this writing. I just listened to it over and over and slowly picked out the chords, experimenting along the way, just like the old days. ;) I'll post the chords when I get back from vacation.
