ginger or anything with it in it will help you with the morning sickness. It should go away around 14 weeks i promise it will get better......And omg Two babys...i couldnt imagine. Im trying to get pregnant again with baby #2 you can track my story! Ill be watching yours!

Congrats, they not actually bracelets, they look like sweat bands. I'm in New Zealand & most of the pharmacies have it here. they called acubands. All the best.
