  • I went to Jekyll Island for the first time spring/summer of 2011 and loved It instantly. My cousins are from Georgia and go there often In the summer.I wish I lived on the Island myself.Maybe one day I will. Thanks for this video.Made me smile and miss Jekyll Island.

  • I see cigarette smoke but your suggestion to see a rider in there has prevented me to see any other figure ( there are hundreds of thousands in those wisps of smoke ). It's called paroidolia and this ability comes from our desire to see order in chaos; that cigarette has been lit deliberately, right?

  • I see the horse.. But it doesn't surprise me. It is the same like seeing dragon made from clouds.

  • Last year I went at that exact same place at night. We're going there again in October, but I don't think I wanna go there anymore at night! Haha :)

  • fake and gay

  • I am so glad you posted this...I have been to Jekyll Island Club many times, and I love the area, but I've also always had an interest in the paranormal aspects of the area. We own a JICH history/picture book with pictures dating back to the very beginning of the hotel history, and if you look closely, you can find odd formations in the picture such as mist, and even very clear pictures. I realize that the deformities could just be camera flukes (no photoshop in those days!) but still...

  • Well I can look up at the clouds all day and see some interesting images. It is just the way the right side of the brain works sometimes.

  • Interesting. I see a man on a horse and a women on another horse leaning over to kiss the man.

  • u ppl got too much time on yur hands...

  • I see a smiling kinda spirit, in whatever smoke it is !

  • i miss jekyll :(

  • Looks like the giant floating head of a bleached out, drowned georgia nigra with his tongue stuck out and his eyeballs out and all fuzzy with foam. Also looks like a skull. And, yes, it did look like cigarette smoke; nice of you to admit it. I once saw a flying fish when I was eight or nine and followed it out to sea and the tide rose and I would've drowned if a boat hadn't picked me up. I'd gone so far I couldn't see Jekyll Island anymore. That thing flew up and called my name repeatedly!

  • First thing that popped into my mind for the shape in that smoke was an Anubis.

  • I went to jekyll island with my school several years ago. Never saw any graves they didnt evan give us a summary of the islands history but it was still a still a great trip.

  • Well, I can see the horesman if I try but, the interesting thing about Jekyll is that it was the birthplace of the corupt banking movement in America. All the rich assholes of the day planned thier control of the US there. I feel lost and sad when I visit the Island. I once spent my summers there and yes, ghosts (evil ghosts) roam the island to this very day.

  • Photoshop?

  • My first thought was you where going to have a scary face jump up out. I don't know if this is real or fake. I took a photo once that had a mans face in it. This was something I couldn't explain.

  • ok i wanna know something......why does everbody wanna come here for vactaion i mean whats so special about it i have been living here my whole life and i love brunswick i just hate the islands....im not complaining i jsut wanna know whats so fun about this place that make people wanna vacation here all there is is summer waves on jekyll and well pretty much nothing on st simons.

  • The answer is simple. People want to vacation in areas they don't live. I live in Chicago. I hate the city and eveyting about it. But each year millions flock here for a vacation.

  • @brian60093 It's absolutely beautiful there?

  • @TannahPutASpellOnYou It's the most beautiful Island I have ever seen.I miss It.

  • Jekyll has very few tourist. Unlike the beaches in FL. where it is almost shoulder to shoulder people. Also, the ocean, scenery, peacefulness.

When you live somewhere you tend to overlook the beauty and what it has to offer until you move.

  • @ zab21160 well I go there every spring

  • @zab21160 We don't have an ocean in St. Louis. That is why I go. It helps to have relatives close to there also.

  • @zab21160 Because of the nature. Lots of people choose their vacationplace after the nature. I dont live on these islands, not even in america, but I would love to go to one of these islands, and it is because of the nature, and buildings and all. :) It's beautiful, you are blessed to live in a place like that.

  • i see a smudge on the camera lens

  • THE FEDERAL RESERVE

  • at 1:47 i've drove by that house on a trolly tour and about 4 of us saw someone peeking out threw the corner of the curtain on the middle door right hand side down at the bottom when it saw us it moved an disappeared we went in there and no one was in there in fact the door was locked the tour person had to unlock it! and it was like we saw something and 1 min later no where to be seen! it was very scary and disturbing i loved it it was a cool house thou, i like the wallpaper in the kitchen area

  • it was on the ceiling and it was peeling off, and the lights were like a cocoon thing evolving into a butterfly i think, i cant remember something like that it was a great trip, i stayed at the club house and my cousin got married in that old church with the tiffany window.

  • Looked like Elvis to me!

  • Smoking is a horrible habit. I should quite now.

  • that wasn't cigarette smoke...

  • Joey sees the horse and rider. Anna says it looks like a giraffe.

  • Let us know what you see....
