Guy #1 tosses the ball up in the air and lets it fall in his stick. While his body's blocking everybody's view, Guy #2 pretends to scoop it out of the air and cradle it. The play uses blocking and partial vision of the toss to imply that Guy #2 has the ball.

@urnamehere24 No, there's actually a two-point arc. Like basketball: inside the arc is 2 points, outside shots are 3. The MLL adopted the same thing (pee wee, middle school, high school, college and NLL don't have this), the MLL is the only lacrosse organization with it. I big arc around each net. Inside the arc a goal is worth one point, outside the arc, a goal is worth two points. It's interesting. I've seen amazing comebacks and the teams utilized this MLL advantage.

@sublimeade No, we dont tackle, we can body check, but not tackle. Instead we use our lax sticks. Either 2 1/2 feet or 5 feet of solid wood, or hard metal alloys. We get more bruises than foot ball players we hit eachother alot more. And yet, we wear thinner shoulder pads, and most of us dont wear any leg padding. I want you to go out, and maybe try the sport before u critisize it. Theres a bunch of guys that want to hit u with their "butterfly nets" now. Lets see if those nets hurt u :)
