omg, i didnt know they made mochi (mochee) in packages like that. I havent had reallygood mochi since living in Japan. I will send you a recipe to make it from scratch though it is soo easy to make at home. You can flavor it however you like but even better , fresh mochi is ultra soft and chewy kinda like a marshmallow. I will have to see if I can find what you used, what is the brand name?
