@songhug it's work but i'm don't think you should try, i did try haft bottle ( w/ exercise and healthy diet) after half bottle i lose 2 lbs but i also in hospital because i throw up and my stomach got burn inside ( can't eat or drink much because feel like throw up but can't, it's stuck in there super uncomfortable dizzy and worst.

@CarmenKiWi yup lost 10 pounds in about a month still on it but i'm currently on a stricter diet.before i was eating about 1400 calories a day and worked out at least 45 min daily [at home] and 2 hours 3 times a week at the gym =]
