Thanks for the nice comments. I really enjoyed this meet last year..it was very well run and lifter friendly!! Training for a raw meet is so much easier and no one can say it is anything else but your strength and determination that makes a good lift!
I've seen Art in action. This video is only a hint of what he does on the platform. I don't think he got the memo that you're expected to slow down with age. LOL

he just lifted at the raw unity meet abd went 380 missed 424 cause he hurt his knee, benched 264 and then pulled 501!

Too bad they're not using the formula that factors in age since that would make you and me easy winners at RUM! See you in Tampa!

Ellen if they used the Masters formula it would take 1890 raw at 165 to beat Art.
