Barricade is still in the film though since three Saleens with Barricade's design from the first film were spotted on the set when they were still filming.

i looked at it frame by frame. It an opticle allusion from the spot light, shadows, and the oil drums that he blows up. You can see them all stacked up in the aerial shot before it.
