I can't understand why some people leave there belongings in the apartment! If i must move out,i take ALL my stuff out of the apartment and find a way to transport immediately my stuff to my new place,there are so much way's to transfer your stuff,and in this case she was talking about 3 boxes and some other non furniture stuff,well call a taxi van that is big enough to transport everything and that's settled,don't leave your things like your expensive laptop behind for a month in the apartment!

In my opinion both sides are full of crap, but the Defendant struck me as far more honest. I think the reason the Defendant couldn't find her laptop is because the other two ladies sold it for drug money. You can get at least $100 for a laptop.
