  • @fuzzyfuzzball911 Get a life.

  • @fuzzyfuzzball911 Well, i came here from Toastboy. I knew about Valse Sentimentale before hand, but not this version. People who are quoting it might merely be giving their props to the connection between the two.

  • @fuzzyfuzzball911 Oh the mirth!

  • @fuzzyfuzzball911 Oh the mirth!

  • @fuzzyfuzzball911 Oh, we're such jokers! Jokers in trousers!

  • @ProgThrash89 :Q_

  • I want more toasties!

  • @lonleyasussual Is one still hungerish?

  • Toasts.

  • This version of the track reminds me somewhat of a swarm of sombre bees.

  • Pleasant thoughts are unhealthy. They distract the mind, yes?

  • Oh the mirth!

  • This is creepy, the original is sombre, but this is sorta "person with no face" creepy. Like there's something missing. Truly, a beautiful piece of music.

  • 3 people are toast slaves.

  • ignore the 3 dislikers, they do not know that such grim music can be so beautiful

  • Clara Rock(s) More!!!

  • This song is so...gloomy...it's so cool B)

  • David Firth + Clara Rockmore = Pure Win

  • Beetles are good doctors!

  • Heeeellloooo Iiiim clara rockmore. I like rusty theremins....

But seriously, this is incredible. A sound like no other instrument. And for those of you who don;t know, the theremin is very unique in that it is the only instrument that doesn't actually ever come in contact with one's hands/fingers.

  • Everytime when i play this song on my woody guitar, some kind of strange things happens on my house that doesn't wanna let me end that song, like open and closing doors, screams in the bathroom, and that annoying smell of sulfure... whatever, that songs is great, i got to do a cover in a punk rock version :D

  • toasted boy from Spoilsbury. Madly ill miracle!~

  • We have a brain fixing machine, yes. We are good beetles....

  • Mucus is a living thing you know. It has a certain degree of intelligence. Beetles know this. Beetles are good doctors.....

  • @robbyrne22 what were you smoking?

  • @PoisonInc

I second that. Man-sized beetles and British accents.

  • Comment removed

  • I can't think of anything else other than man-sized beetles at the moment.

  • they are quire espensive i saw em on ebay in prices between 200 and 400 dollars

  • Comment removed

  • i cried when i first heard this. it stirred up some strange but wonderful emotions

  • Beetles are good doctors!

  • Her music helps me feel better about things, because it sounds so lost and sad itself. Eerie and moving piece of music I tell you. I think she is one of the most amazing artists, so naturally talented and innovative in pitch, form and style. I am in love with it all. It's like the Theremin radiates ghosts of memories, sounds of the past, it is completely enthralling.

  • I though Valse Sentimentale couldn't be more tragic, and now that I hear it on the theremin... oh Clara you're so wonderful.

  • one of the most beautiful recordings ever.

  • Clara Rockmore is the best!!!!

  • so so incredibly depressing.

  • Don't they say weather instead of word?

  • Why hello there little Toaster child

  • Just remember sir: We're the GOOD beetles.

  • Why this girl is full of keys!

  • We must remove her nipples.

  • "I think you should kill her"

"You should slice her open, and burn her nipples"

Amazing.. Best cartoons in the world.

  • @slakker8000 doki66 did an accurate choise with spoilsbury toast boy!

  • how much does a theremin cost? i think a theremin would work great in a drone band.

  • Reconsider that idea.

  • has it been done before, or are they, well good ones ridiculously expensive?

i just really like the sound of the instrument and like drone music.

or would the awesomeness of a theremin in drone make the listener's head explode?

  • I'm actually not sure if it's been done before, it could work, but probably not live.

  • @Drmofothegreat Theremins can go for as much as 15 thousand dollars.

  • @Basik123456

my dream of having an awesome drone band with a theremin has been shattered, thank you. :(

atleast i can listen to them play good music freely.

  • @Drmofothegreat The problem with theremins is they use a really powerful electric field, so any electric appliance you have near them is likely to malfunction. I heard they're a nightmare to record

  • @Drmofothegreat you can find one on ebay by moog for under $400

  • super awesome!. I can't stop listening to this

  • watch spoilsbury toast chapter 1 on you tube , this song is played there an it gives such a scary eerie feeling

  • I agree. He's a genious. I've heard this in David Firth's animation first and I've been looking for it since 2005.

  • This recording is featured on the OHM+/- compilation.

  • its a theremin and WOW shes good i love this melody its soo calming yet tisted n weird n scary I LOVE IT!!!!!

  • Can anybody send this to me? I'll give you a level 93 runescape account if you can.

  • whaa waaa waah waaaa, what instrument is it. sounds like its wailing, in a good way.

  • TOAST BOY :D

  • Such a good boy, come here and give grandma a kiss, nice and sloppy!

  • little boy, come and join us

  • isn't this the song from oldboy that woo-jin is humming when he's pointing that laser pen to the box with all the pictures of daesue riding his daughter??? (woah that was a mouthful!)

  • Now you mention it, it sounds an awful lot like it. But it isn't, The song Woo-Jin hums is called 'Cries and Whispers' and is really beautiful as well. However, Cries and Whispers really sounds a LOT like yet another classical, wellknown waltz. But I don't know what it's called.

+1 e-cookie for who can tell me... :D

  • well which one is it? who got the ecookie?

  • Until now, no one got the e-cookie... No one was able to tell me which waltz it was. :(

  • i was merely practical joking! aha ahaha

  • *the whole place is full of Spoilsbury Toast Boy references ó.Ó*

"I seem to have misplaced my sewing kit..."

  • beatles know this. beatles are good doctors.

  • oh, we're such jokers!

  • I wish I could play that instrument..

  • great piece, regardless of what contemporary art introduced it to a new audience

  • Uhg. I was greatly pleased to hear a theremin in firth's works ,but a little creeped out to see that's the only exchange on the comment box. Rockmore was amazing.

  • it was just a fun little thing to do, its not like we don't apreciate the video or the song or the song for that matter.

  • the video or the song or the song...

  • YES! YES! YES!

    Oh so lovely.

  • WHAT?
