BestBuy service are HORRIBLE but what worst is the manager can't even help out the customers that actually going to spend money. I hope BestBuy will go out of business SOON.
i hate bestbuy. all i buy r dvds, and theirs r over priced and they dont carry many dvds anymore that i want. which r popular shows. but 2 years ago i bought a camera, in a year it broke. they refund my money in a gift card. didnt want a damn gift card. so then i bought a new camera well 5 months later that broke. so they r like we cant refund ur money and u have to call the camera company. so the company said take it to geeksquad for them to fix. well they couldnt and gave me a gift card. grrr
I think you just got hosed! If you got the best bay black tie then you should have just gotten a duplicate of your recite and brought up to the geek squad. phone repair goes 2 ways: 1st is rapid exchange where they give you a fixed phone. Or they just end up replacing it. Worst case without a phone 5-7 days. If they didn't have the phone in stock they could have rain checked it for you and put one on hold when they did get it in or they could have possibly ordered from online.
