couldnt really say mate, your best bet is to ask local anglerswhat fish are they are after, failing that look on the internet for catch reports in your area to get a picture of what fish are about and when, im sure there will be plenty of info out there
yes thats pretty much it, u can use any float really but you must use fine line and a small hook, the hook cant be clearly visible, the bread can be placed on the hook so it swells over the point when its in the water, mullet are particle feeders mostly so small baits are the norm, also always try to get them feedig on bread before you place a hook near the water
or any other float really, the mulet are very aware of loats so it doesnt really matter, i have footage of the fish nudging the floats shortly before i had a take,,,,just get the hook right and conceal it in the bread well, sqeezing it on the hook shank so it swells over the point, allowing efficient hooking
beautiful fish nothing ever wrong with catch and release, just ensure tomorrow you can have another fish to catch.

So you just use bread on a hook under a bobber.
