dont forget phil(and i only know this cause my bio teacher taught us this in like march)when your walking/jogging/running. you have to go for atleast 20 mins if you want to lose any weight. any less than that, or much more than 45 mins, and your just building muscle(although if you go for more than 45 youll still have burned the fat, you just wont lose much weight cause of the muscle your building)

Sadly, like most Americans (including ShayCarl, one of the best husbands or fathers or family men I've ever seen) I think Phil will eventually return to his previous lifestyle. Which is why I get frustrated at my own countrymen. They get on a health "fad" that lasts for about a month and then go right back to downing Big Macs.
