@RaptorArgon Fatalities aren't banned. Most high level players have already seen them way too many times for them to care about doing them again. They also take precious stream time away from other matches. What would people rather see at a tournament, the same fatalities over and over or more matches being played.

I wish they'd allow Fatalities. Fatalities certainly don't waste nearly as much time as those show-offy, graphics-stuffed, overlong Street Fighter IV Ultra combos.

Human Smoke is pretty much the highest tier character. He has a number of special moves that make him not only the easiest to play as at tournament level, but also the best in the hands of skilled players.

That said, I'd like to see a tournament without human smoke, if only to make it more fun to watch.
