i use the no place to run on my waterline all the time and have had no problem... maybe some people have an allergic reaction to it on the waterline?

It's because it's a long wear eyeliner. The waterproofing properties usually are not approved for internal use.

I think that mark is one of those company that deserves WAYY more publicity than it actually has. I think it is because you have to order it and you can't go in stores and just pick it up but they have awesome products. :]

the mascara can be waterproof. it's called lash splash. it seems to be the same formula, just waterproof. i have both scandalash & lash splash.

also, i don't know if you all know this, but the hookups are completely customizable.  you just pick any two and you get the connector free. they aren't like premade. (: you get to choose. (: i love mark.

i have the mark lipstain/gloss in bare and it changes colour on my lips. It changes to a brighter pink colour. Definitely the best lipstain i have ever tried!

I actually have the new Campaigns 20 & 21 of Mark with all of those products and more! I was thinking of buying them all and that bag! So big, It would be great to put everything you need in it! and those prices are really great as well, I bought some Avon not mark Avon, I bought all the brushes and they are really good from from what I can tell, No issues at all. I will look into this. I checked their site I didn't see anything about, warnings on that eyeliner. I hope it works for me though.
