why couldn't we keep this style of racing, why did they have to start 2 by 2.......

@980696 They hadn't figured out yet that the 2 car draft worked and whats advantage was until they came back and started practicing. I think within the next few years though as the track wears in the 2 car draft will slowly go away.

@C5R2 well in 2013 when they re-introduce the cot hopefully (fingers crossed) it will eliminate two car tandems all together.
