  • huh, never saw someone start with them at the lowest position. most people press them up and start at the top. not that theres a right way or a wrong way to start the exercise at. just thought it was interesting

  • @mohammad112388 Thanks! I haven't done DB Bench Press forever because our gym only goes up to 125s...so, I typically use other exercises in the 8-12 rep range for the flat plane...

  • Nice and strong bro....what's your incline max at these days. I saw your old vid of a double with 325 lbs....based on this vid I assume you are quite a bit stronger now.

    My best is 365 lbs (at 210 lb bodyweight). Keep pushing hard bro...

  • @BRETZERR I'm not sure...I've adjusted my workouts quite a bit and haven't done the heavy inclines in a little while. Hopefully when I get back to them I can get up 365 or so...that would be nice!

  • You have great strength! Must have been in the gym for quite awhile now. At 18 years old and being in the gym for 4 and a half monthes, I've been suprised about how drastic my physique has changed (started at 138 and now I'm just about 155 at 5'6). Thanks for posting the vids. It motivates me to step it up a notch.

    I've had problems with pain in my left shoulder when doing fly movements on my chest, any suggestions?

  • It really depends on type of pain, what caused it, etc. If it hurts, definitely don't do it until you can correct the root of the problem. Stretching, massage therapy, laying off, etc. but it's really tough to say anything specific unless I knew exaclty what it was and what caused it.
