You have great strength! Must have been in the gym for quite awhile now. At 18 years old and being in the gym for 4 and a half monthes, I've been suprised about how drastic my physique has changed (started at 138 and now I'm just about 155 at 5'6). Thanks for posting the vids. It motivates me to step it up a notch.
It really depends on type of pain, what caused it, etc. If it hurts, definitely don't do it until you can correct the root of the problem. Stretching, massage therapy, laying off, etc. but it's really tough to say anything specific unless I knew exaclty what it was and what caused it.
