So was this treaty passed? Is our Constitution now null and void? Can someone please fill me in? Thanks. I have a feeling this may lead to another civil war.

The only reason the government, the soul reason for government existence its to protect the public from foreign enemies, to protect private citizens property and patents plus anti-trust, to preserve society (police, firemen, etc.) and to provide complete defense for their rights, and to lightly tax to afford these duties. Anything beyond those responsibilities belongs to the public and private businesses. Thats the only reason government should exist.

I won't bash Obamaif he doesn't sign

the treaty.Most of US would die for our country,and he should share in that loyalty.We'll soon see.
